We reached out to Renato, the owner of D’Carmo Pavers, for a quote on our driveway and backyard patio project. From the beginning, he was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. His proposal had a detailed breakdown of the work along with pricing. He worked closely with us through multiple revisions to ensure the scope matched exactly what we envisioned. He also provided a 3D rendering of the project remarkably quickly, which gave us tremendous confidence in his expertise. We were working with a tight schedule, and Renato accommodated our timeline by providing a clear project plan and realistic completion date. His team arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship throughout the entire hardscape installation. To our surprise, they completed the project a full day ahead of schedule. In our experience, many contractors tend to overpromise and underdeliver. Renato and his team were the exact opposite. They consistently did what they said they would do—and exceeded our expectations. The quality of the finished work is outstanding, and we received compliments from neighbors on how beautiful the driveway looks. We are extremely pleased with the results and are grateful that we chose D’Carmo Pavers for our project. Renato worked on the initial pavers on our home about 3 years ago and did a beautiful job. As nature would have it, a portion of our patio required some resurfacing and leveling as the pavers started to move. Renato came out personally to inspect and within less than a week had a his crew onsite to repair. The crew were exceptionally professional, skilled, and repaired flawlessly. Renato was a pleasure to work with and made our front patio brand new again. I highly recommend D' Carmo and would of course be using them again if need be.

The best, one stop shop for all your landscaping needs. I received quotes from four different companies to completely redo my back yard. I went with D'Carmo, as the other companies could not provide a quote, or required that I purchase the pavers or organize the dumpster for the yard waste and did not understand that I wanted to have a yard installed. I had had D'Carmo install pavers a couple of years ago. They had been quick, efficient and did a great job. I trusted that Renato, and team, would provide exceptional service with quality materials. It was a rather large project. It involved installing about 500 sq ft of pavers, replacing the dirt in the entire back yard, removing and trimming trees, installing irrigation, installing a pergola, and additional fencing. Renato personally made sure the irrigation was working properly. He came by to monitor the irrigation, and called and texted to make sure all was well. Through out the the project Renato made sure that I had what I wanted, and that I understood all the costs up front. He was always available if I had any questions. The quality of their workmanship is excellent.

Highly recommend working with D'Carmo. I hired them to install a French drain and interlocking pavers for a walkway along the garage. Working with Lucas was easy. He was prompt for the initial consultation, timely in preparing the estimate, scheduling the work and kept in communication as the project progressed.. The workers were extremely efficient . I appreciated that they thoroughly cleaned up the area after the work was done. Major improvement to my yard. The project took less time than expected and final cost was less than the estimate.

He's condescending and impatient. I sent out a request for quotes on 3,000 sqft of pavers on Yelp, asking for a rough estimate per sq.ft. I didn't respond for a day, maybe 2, and I received a few text messages at the rate spammers do and a few phone calls. We've never talked outside of the messages attached. All I said was I received a quote for $14/sqft from a person that actually saw the job site. He goes to berate and be condescending to others because their price is low so he assumes it's not possible to offer quality, when he has no idea about the other company. He's greedy because he thinks he's the only paver guy in the game. Hah! His tactic takes advantage of unaware home owners but if you're informed and have already gotten 3 quotes with a wide range and know exactly what I'm wanting, I and others must not know and what we're doing, only he does. If anyone is interested, message me and I'll give you the breakdown of how I was able to get $14 and the exact contract structure with Belgrade pavers + speciality large format Belgrade stones. For him to just quote $18/sqft, never seeing the condition that may require so much less work, and be defensive about my response just goes to show you the attitude you'll receive if you work with him. Response: It may not make sense to you but it makes sense to me to leave a response because of your condescending comment and feedback. Many people start off at $18 and then somehow dropped to $11 after looking at the project. Hhhmmm A professional response could have been: "That's lower than I can do. Thank you for reaching out though." It's the condescension that I'd like to warn readers about.

And for me, it doesn’t make sense you leaving a 1 star review just because I wasn’t able to beat the lower quote you got, and when I was trying to do the do the proper follow up trying to reach to you and the proper customer service.
