Vinny was great! Texted when he was on his way and when he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and advised us of the solution. Vinny has been here twice now and he is always pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful of the property. He is a real asset to Deiter Brothers Heating and Cooling!

I have used this business in the past and I received very good service. On this occasion the tech failed to show for an appointment scheduled to repair my air conditioner and hot water heater. When I called about why the tech never showed the person I talked to said they had called my wife and rescheduled the appointment. That was impossible because I made the appointment using my cellphone number. My wife has her own cellphone and number. If by some miracle they had my wife’s number, I checked with her and she she had never received a call from your company. I canceled my appointment and scheduled an appointment with another company for a significantly lower price.
Jay was awesome helping my mom when her furnace needed cleaning and adjustment after the flue needed to be replaced. She has hot water now! Dieter's contract is well worth it, too. Can't always say that for many companies. Thank you, Dieter Brothers!!
Recently had to have Dieter Bros. mechanic services out to service my oil boiler due to no hot water. Dieter Bros. kept me informed of expected technician arrival times during the process. They even were able to arrive earlier than anticipated due to an opening in the schedule. The technician, Vinny, was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and had parts on hand to repair quickly. Overall price was reasonable and the entire experience a breeze. I already used Dieter Bros. for fuel delivery but this was the first time for service. Delivery is easy to manage online or setup for auto delivery. Dieter Bros. are one of the good ones and I highly recommend for all your fuel and HVAC needs! Plus the jingle rocks!

Vinny diagnosed my AC problem his first visit. The error code indicated a communication problem. When he went to the outside unit he pulled out a dead mouse. It had "nested" in over the winter. It chewed through the wires that connected the main power unit with electricity and the display panel. Both parts had to be ordered. He told me that a preventive measure was to stuff holes with Brillo pads.
The service department called me with quotes and my approval to order the parts and schedule the work when they came in.
The repair was scheduled for today. The service department called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived, told me he was here and got right to work. He had to make a trip to the hardware store. He let me know where he was going and what he needed to finish the job.
When he got back, finished the repair and tested the unit I gave him Brillo pads. He stuffed all the holes before he closed-up the unit, so hopefully it won't happen again.
He did the work quickly and kept me informed of what was going on. Before he left, he asked if I had any questions and answered them all.
He was very professional in his work and his discussions with me.
