Absolutely terrible experience at Days Chevrolet. I made a service appointment, showed up on time, and was told they’re “overbooked” because it’s the weekend. So apparently appointments here mean absolutely nothing. Instead of honoring what they scheduled, they just shrugged it off and told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday like it’s no big deal. No real apology, no attempt to make it right—just a complete waste of my time. Honestly, how are customers supposed to trust a place that can’t even manage its own appointments? If they can’t handle something as basic as scheduling, it really makes you wonder what else they cut corners on. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else trust them with their vehicle.

Absolutely terrible experience at Days Chevrolet. I made a service appointment ahead of time, showed up as scheduled, and was told they couldn’t take my vehicle because they were “overbooked.” That’s not an excuse—that’s a failure to do the most basic part of running a service department. What’s the point of offering appointments if they don’t actually reserve a spot for you? I rearranged my day for this, only to be turned away with zero notice and zero real apology. It felt disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful of my time. No accountability, no effort to make things right—just a shrug and a “we’re overbooked.” I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone rely on them if you expect even minimal competence.

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Thank you to the salesman Felix, the sales manager Jeff, and Bill who handled the finance paperwork. I had a decent experience at Day’s Chevrolet. The service itself was efficient, and the staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciate. However, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and there was a discrepancy on the paperwork. The multi-point inspection report still shows that a tire rotation is needed, even though I was told it was completed. That kind of inconsistency makes it hard to know whether the service was actually performed or just not documented correctly. It may seem like a small detail, but accurate reporting matters—especially when you’re trusting a dealership with your vehicle maintenance. If this gets tightened up, it would definitely improve the overall experience.

Always have a good experience at Days. I told Chris Massey what car I wanted, and he found it and got it to the dealership, cleaned it up, got the paperwork ready along with Chris Day and the rest is history. Love my new RS Traverse!! Beautiful car and great experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car.

It's a long way from my home to Day's Chevrolet compared to a major Corvette dealership nearer to my home. Dissatisfaction with my prior dealer and the fact that I have used Day's for other matters related to my car, shifted my allegiance to Day's for routine service. The Day's service manager has known me from my C6, C7 and now C8 days. He recommended Phillip as my "go to" for Corvette service. Phillip kept me informed, offered advice and answered my questions. There was a lot of required service to be done but it was all accomplished to Corvette specs within 24 hours (in my case).

All around great experience from start to finish when my vehicle needed emergency repair service. Great communication and friendly personnel made an expensive repair feel a little less painful. From Rob to Brandon, I wasn’t just a number but a valued customer. I was already a long time patron when purchasing vehicles, but now their service department has truly earned my loyalty and trust.

Every thing went well while servicing my vehicle. My only complaint is that I never received a call saying that my car was ready to be picked up. When I called to check on it, I was told that it was done, but the service side was closed already and that I may have to wait until Monday to pick up my car. Luckily my paperwork and keys were at the front desk so I was able to pick it up.
