Jose was awesome to work with and explained in detail what the condition of my roof is like after the hailstorm, plus while he was on the roof he caulked the spots to help waterproof it and this is before I even sign the agreement. Which goes to show that he treats the customers’ home like his own. After the inspection and we figured out what needs to be done on the caved in spot of my roof, a separate repair crew headed by Adrian came out a few days later (due to a second wave of storm) and patched up my roof in about 2-3 hours. So many choices to choose from and I did it right! I found Davis Roofing through my google search and was impressed with their website so much I did a online quote. The website was very comprehensive and answered all of my questions. Alan called me later in the morning and we set up a time to inspect and talk about my roof. I had already received my compensation from the insurance company so Alan and I went over the quote and I was very pleased. I also found out that Davis will upgrade some roofs to a premium shingle at no additional charge. Alan and Drew were very good with their communication before, during and after the install. The job was completed in one day and the crew did a great job on the install and cleanup. Alan was here throughout the install and he only left after we did a complete walk around inspection and I was entirely satisfied with the finished job. We had one little "hiccup" with some paperwork but Alan was quick to jump on it and make it good. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays but I believe I have found my new roofing company in the future with Davis Roofing Solutions and feel like I have a new friend with Alan. Highly recommended! Thank you Alan, Drew, and your crew of installers.

When did your roofing company ever contact you 6 months later to check on your roof? Davis Roofing did this to me. A company and their product is only as good as their customer service and I believe Davis Roofing is A+.

A great Fort Worth roofing company. We called them out for a roof leak when we saw a water spot on the ceiling of our garage after a rain storm. They inspected the roof for us, and when they found that the issue was minor they just sealed it up on the spot and didn’t even charge us for it. It’s refreshing to encounter a company that didn’t try to take advantage of the situation and upsell an expensive replacement that we didn’t need. I will definitely go back to them for any of my roofing needs in the future.

Drew came to give a quote on repairing my roof in two locations. After looking at the damage and age of the concrete roof (41 years old) he told me that repair could not be properly done and only a patch would be possible. He explained a roof replacement was the best option, but understood my circumstances, so he performed the patch at no charge with no guarantee. Drew seemed to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’m sure I will be calling him again!
