We hired David to provide entertainment and to emcee our annual Awards Banquet in February. He did an amazing job, was very professional, took the time to learn about our audience and was both impressive and funny while on stage. He performed close-up magic during our cocktail hour and then stage magic during the program on stage. The attendees loved him and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him! We were fortunate enough to have David perform at our annual summit, which brought together approximately 250 physicians, executives, pharmaceutical partners, and medical device leaders. As you can imagine, that can be a tough crowd. Although, to be fair, many of our urologists do come equipped with an excellent sense of humor.
Leading up to the event, there were definitely a few raised eyebrows about adding a magician to the agenda. Within minutes of David taking the stage, those doubts completely disappeared.
I received more positive feedback about his performance than almost anything else at the meeting, probably only second to our created music video.. and maybe the bourbon selection.
The show was outstanding. He is incredibly funny, personable, and has a remarkable ability to read a room full of highly analytical professionals and keep them fully engaged.
David, thank you a million times over. You have a true gift, and you made our summit unforgettable.

We hired David to mingle in the crowd and perform close up magic at a Masquerade Ball hosted for UChicago Graduate Students. We were so impressed by his professionalism, skill, and adaptability! We have a large crowd for these events - almost 500 people, and I think David did a great job of managing to do perform for a variety of people. I had the opportunity to see some of his tricks close up, and they blew my mind. He does a great mix of magic and comedy, and everyone at the event couldn't stop talking about how great his performance was. We were very pleased by David's ability to get people into the swing of the event - the balls we throw usually start out slower, and his close-up performances were so great for helping to break the ice and energize the crowd. I cannot recommend David enough!

David Ranalli performed at our company Christmas party during a snowstorm and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He did fantastic magic at the tables during happy hour and delivered a super engaging, entertaining performance for our group of about 50 people.
