Datel fixed it Our downstairs lights failed. Fortunately the sockets still worked so we had TV and some local lights working. Datel came out, diagnosed the problem (outside light fitting) and provided a solution so that we didn't spend another evening in semi-darkness. We will need a longer term fix but that's for another day.

Excellent service I have no hesitation to recommend this company..I have used them over twenty years for various jobs ..this recent job was quite big…and further complicated as we had no knowledge of the wiring in the house as the pre owner had not passed on details of past work done here with wiring…well fortunately the lads were able to resolve this issue and the job was done swiftly with little disruption.. polite and friendly staff.

Installation of external light. Great communication throughout and job carried out in a professional manner, electrician was mindful of owners property and did a very neat and tidy job. Highly recommend this company.

Thank you Datel for sending Adam out yesterday evening to source and fix the issue I'd had for the last 2 evenings. He was so knowledgeable, polite, helpful and turned up incredibly quickly in the evening, within minutes of me phoning. He replaced the part in the fusebox very quickly after he worked out what it was. I was so impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. Can't thank him enough. Genuinely thrilled that I called Datel. Diagnostic gas boiler problem From referral to completion of job was excellent. This is a 5 star company that look after you. The contact from the office detailing when/who would be visiting was communicated in advance with a text reminder nearer the day. Another text on the day with an eta given. The electrician was well presented and courteous, even took his shoes off without being asked! Exemplary work-no mess left behind and I felt confident that the job would be completed well due to the knowledge being shared.Definitely would recommend and use again-particular thanks goes to Peter. Well done Datel!

Brilliant service and communication. Each morning you received a text message to say that they were on the way giving accurate arrival times. We had 4 different electricians on site over the period that they were with us. All of them were really polite and carried out the required work professionally giving feedback as required. Intermittent fault finding when power kept tripping off. Very helpful and friendly chap. Arrived on time. Very efficient and polite. Very respectful of my home. Got straight down to it, found the fault and corrected it. I would not hesitate to get them back for any further work.
