My phone was water damaged, I had some backup, but I was worried that I'd lost a year's worth of holiday photos forever. Drying the phone out didn't work. I searched the internet, there were a number of data recovery choices, I read reviews and was a bit skeptical that I'd ever recover the pics, or that I'd be fleeced for the 'full' amount to get anything back. I chose data clinic as they had a tiered service and I could in theory cut my loses if it got too expensive. They recovered on the first tier, so I paid the initial amount only (I sent them my own drive). They sent it back with the broken phone today. Everything is recovered. I couldn't be happier. Now I have automatic backups and cloud storage.

After trying local phone shops who were unable to either revive my seawater damaged phone or recover the data, I found DataClinic. The process was clear in the pricing, the levels of recovery and the timeframe. Always available on the phone to review contract terms. After a week, they managed to recover the data which included precious photos, videos and also WhatsApp backups. Not only this, they revived my phone which I was told may not happen due to the saltwater damage! I am more than pleased with the outcome. They returned my phone back along with a USB drive of the data. They did forget my simcard tray but a non-issue in light of the service provided. Thank you!!

Yes we were pleased with this one. Seawater damage on a phone creates far more recovery problems than just normal water!
Fortunately we’ve recovered plenty of these now 👍

They were able to give me access to my broken hard drive data, which was important to me, especially my photos. Used data clinic several times now and their service is always brilliant. Their service has even improved since I last used them. They provide a full list of files to be confirmed before recovery starts, and the user side is all automated. You don't have to waste time calling up to find out the status of anything, they keep you upto speed all the way through. This time I had my files back on a new device within a couple of weeks. Will always return to this service when needed. Ive never sent them a drive they havent been able to recover. Thank you!

Full Hard Drive Recovery. We had an old factory machine Hard drive crash without a backup in place. Data Clinic managed to spin up the disk and clone it to a spare. All done very quickly and efficiently. Great communication throughout from Janice. Highly recommended.

I lost a years worth of photos on my phone through a fault and data clinic were successful in retrieving everything. They were extremely professional, provided excellent customer service - in particular Michelle who was very understanding and empathetic & Mohammed who was rapid in responding to emails. Very upfront regarding costs and percentage of success rates. They advised I may not get a working phone back, however it was delivered fully working with all data recovered back on my phone. Would 100% recommend, not the cheapest but definitely the best!
