I would recommend them in terms of professionalism and quality of work, yet for their labor (Prices) it's far from being logical.
It's not about being expensive, while it's about not being logical in a way that they are doing their best to get the maximum money out of you..
The good thing is they are direct in this part, saying we don't have a pricing Logic (Just system related) but u ll get a decent service quality (definitely not matching with the high payment)

Absolute Worst Experience , Zero Accountability, Hidden Fees, and Aggressive Management
Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. Customer service is nonexistent, and the owner/manager is extremely aggressive and unhelpful, refusing to investigate his team's mistakes and attacking the customer instead. Communication was a complete nightmare from start to finish.
I paid around 6,000 AED after explicitly requesting a comprehensive inspection and receiving confirmation that all issues, specifically a jerking issue and an AC fault, would be fully diagnosed and repaired. When I collected the car, neither issue was fixed. The exact same problems were still there.
Instead of honoring their work or taking accountability, they tried to extort another 8,000 AED to fix the exact same issues I had already paid them to resolve, expecting me to pay twice for the same job. When I asked to bring the car back as I will not pay again for the same job,they had the audacity to demand an additional 150 AED fee to send it back.
This garage operates on shameless price-gouging, incompetent diagnostics, and zero integrity. Charging premium rates for incomplete repairs, demanding thousands more to cover their own negligence, and slapping on bogus fees to inspect their own mistakes is completely unacceptable. Save your money, time, and sanity, stay far away from this shop and go to real professionals who respect their customers.

Management contacted you on 2 August to discuss your concerns; however, the call ended before the matter could be fully addressed.
We have reviewed the work order, inspection reports and 371 WhatsApp messages exchanged with our team. We found no evidence that Mr Daryl or any other employee behaved aggressively, rudely or unprofessionally.
Your 2018 BMW X6 arrived on 30 July with concerns relating to the rear air suspension, AC odour, vibration above 100 km/h and occasional jerking. Our inspection identified failed rear air-suspension bags. The findings and an estimate of approximately AED 5,500 for the necessary suspension repairs using original components were provided on 31 July. You were advised that the suspension repair had to be completed before further investigation of the remaining concerns.
The work was approved and completed. We also provided several complimentary services, including:
AC gas inspection
Four-wheel balancing
Replacement key battery
Additional inspections and road testing
Collection and return transportation
The reported jerking could not be reproduced during road testing. Wheel balancing reduced the vibration, but worn front suspension components were identified and further repairs were recommended.
The original invoice total was AED 5,886.89, including additional approved items such as fuel and replacement of the severely contaminated cabin filter. Following your request for further reductions, the final amount was reduced to AED 5,600.06. VAT is a legally required government charge and was not an invented or hidden fee.
The later estimate of AED 8,266 was not a second charge for the same repairs. It covered separately identified items, including worn front control arms, expired drivetrain fluids and a comprehensive detailing package recommended to address the remaining AC odour. These repairs were outside the scope of the original authorised air-suspension work.
We therefore strongly reject the allegations that the company attempted to “extort” additional money, charged “bogus fees,” refused to investigate the vehicle or demanded payment twice for the same work. The documented records show that the additional quotation related to separate defects and maintenance requirements.
We value genuine customer feedback and use it to improve our services. However, accusations of extortion, dishonesty, aggression, incompetence and fabricated charges are serious, false and damaging to our company and employees.
We respectfully request that you amend or remove these allegations. Should they remain published, we reserve the right to provide the complete work orders, inspection reports, quotations, invoices and communications to Google and the appropriate legal authorities.
We remain available to discuss any legitimate technical concern professionally and based on the documented evidence.

It’s practically impossible to get a response on WhatsApp. The staff completely ignore messages and never reply, even when they’re online. If you’re too busy or not interested in taking on new customers, at least have the courtesy to say so instead of ignoring people. I ended up visiting these guys by complete chance.
My naughty classic benz decided for the pneumatic systen to fail, with one on the consequences to be the impossibility to open the fuel lid…
I found out when at the station, with probably less the a liter in the tank.
It’s Sunday, the guys (classic cars savvy) I am familiar with are closed. So I started to browse for places open.
Deutches Auto happened to me 9km away.
I reached out to them via WA, and got to talk to Antonio. In an honest manner, he told me they are not really specialized in classic.
But given the emergency, I decided to take a chance.
Happy I did. They let me in the garage (super clean, organized).
Irfan, whom I want to thank again, came close.
I felt, looking at him, that he was somehow familiar with “old” cars.
I left the car there, even mentioning I had some water dropping at the footwell.
Less then 90 mins later the lid issue had been “solved” (solution enabled me to reach a petrol station) and the hose, dirty, linked to the AC, cleaned.
