Robert has been responsible for the last 5 years+ on my car servicing and every single car service has been perfect, he has been an absolute gem. He's great to work with, always pleasant, very knowledgeable and gives the right suggestions. I am forever thanking him for the quick turnaround, great attitude and on point service. He is my go to person for my vehicle. I went to DAS by chance, 5 years ago, and it is the best garage in my opinion, with Robert being amazing to work with, from day 1 to my last service 2 hours ago. 5 stars all the way!

I have been using this garage since moving to Dubai and, unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have three cars, all of which I have brought to this garage multiple times. Every single time a car is returned to me, the original problem is either not resolved or new issues appear. I genuinely do not understand how this keeps happening, especially after paying for full diagnostics and repairs. I have been loyal to this garage and have paid full price for all services, often more than what other garages have quoted. I continued to do so because I trusted that the issues could eventually be resolved, particularly due to ongoing communication with one of the staff members who reassured me that the cars could be fixed properly. Now, after paying for repeated repairs and additional problems that appeared after their work, I am being told that nothing more can be done and that they are unable to fix the issues — despite already taking payment for them. At this point, I am left with three cars that all still have unresolved problems, and it feels as though I have paid for work that has either been ineffective or has actually caused further damage. As a customer, this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this garage, particularly if you value transparency, accountability, and proper resolution of vehicle issues.

I left my car for service and had my sunglasses inside the vehicle. When I returned to pick it up, the sunglasses were missing. I asked the staff to check in case they were moved during cleaning or something, but they denied any responsibility and did not investigate further. this is unprofessional and it has affected my trust in their service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best service I’ve ever received in Dubai – no exaggeration. From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally and transparently. Special mention to Omar – absolute top guy. He kept me informed at every stage, showed me exactly what was being done, explained why it was needed, and never tried to upsell or cut corners. I had a major service done, including: Full service New brake pads and discs Transmission fluid service Full inspection and checks Basically everything was covered, and everything was done properly. What really stood out was that they show you the whole process, not just hand you a bill at the end. You actually feel confident leaving your car with them, which is rare in Dubai. Quality work, fair pricing, honest communication, and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a garage you can actually trust, this is it. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Could have easily lost me as a first time customer but at least Armando (and Imtiyaz!) pulled through when I needed a garage on a weekend. My S3 had a catastrophic waterpump failure, so had to flatbed the car to DAS, as a first time customer due to their high review score, I went ahead. I called and got Nasir on the line to arrange recieving and inspection. I don't do things half baked, so I kept him updated on when the flat bed picked up and ETA on arrival. We arrived as expected, and he wasn't around. Waited 10mins and another front desk guy took over (Armando) and finally we're getting somewhere. Had to wait for the car to cool down so I went for lunch and returned 30mins later to meet Armando and Imtiyaz to confirm diagnosis. Already inspected and found a couple of faults which I knew was due. Nasir arrived explaining his tardiness due to his lunch time. Anyway, Imtiyaz did all the right procedures and pressure tested the coolant system. Yes it's the dreaded waterpump (and thermostat) needs replacing (and along with Engine and Transmission mounts, which I knew was due). 3pm, we agreed on getting the quotes and I want the job started ASAP as I need the car end of Sunday for Monday work. "Inshallah" he said. 5:45pm I got the parts and labour quote and I agreed and paid 50% by 6pm. Again repeating the urgency of getting it done. The following morning at 9:40am I called Nasir to see if everything's on track. No pickup. WhatsApp at 9:48am and heard nothing. Had to have Armando follow up at 10/11am. Finally we're getting some updates and work is on track. He took over with more updates during the day and I didn't hear anything from Nasir till 3:11pm. He's apparently off that day - which "inshallah" didn't include in his communications when I mentioned my needs the day before - could have easily had someone else handled it in his absence and not require action from the customer! I hardly hear any proper update from Nasir, whilst Armando kept me updated throughout with an actual ETA on collection. Arrived to pickup as agreed and all work was done - thanking Imtiyaz and Armando. Still no update from Nasir on when my car was ready after I left site at 6:20pm - and I'm still now waiting for invoice from him. (EDIT: Invoice came and turns out he didn't have one of the OEM mounts and swapped it for a third party without my approval. Well done! Edit now with even lower star) DAS can do the job and deliver - but one amateur in the front desk would have ruined the decent professional reputation. I'd go back again, but it'll be anyone but Nasir if I want a clear professional experience from DAS. Edit 25/11: Their boss called and listened to my feedback. We agreed on this poor experience is not up to their standard and hopefully my next visit (not with Nasir) is a better experience.

Work Order - MINI Cooper S (2020). Service performed: engine oil & filters + 7-speed DCT fluid service. Pros: OEM fluids were eventually used (BMW TwinPower 5W-30 LL-01, BMW DCTF-2). The team agreed to reimburse my taxi due to the delay. Cons: The drivetrain / “Service transmission oil” issue was not resolved on the first attempt. I had to insist on basic ISTA procedures (temperature-based level adjustment, DCT adaptation reset, CBS reset). Handover readiness was poor and communication inconsistent. I spent the entire day at the workshop and had to leave the car overnight. I will update this review once the work is fully completed and the car is returned with no warnings.
