Avoid this garage! Absolute fraud and terrible customer service.
and they secretly installed a completely wrong generation side mirror. My car is a 3rd Generation (CR Chassis) model, but they forced a 2nd Generation (7P Chassis) mirror onto it.
Because of this unprofessional work:
1. There is a huge, unaligned physical gap between the mirror body and the door frame.
2. The wrong electrical wiring has triggered a permanent "Bulb Failure / Exterior Light Warning" on my dashboard display.
When I pointed out their mistake with RTA Mulkiya proof, the management was extremely rude, refused to take responsibility, and told me to take legal action if I want it fixed. I have already lodged an official complaint with Dubai Consumer Rights (DET) and the RTA. Save your time, money, and vehicle safety—stay far away from this place!
I've been having my car repaired at Deutches Auto Service for the last 5 years and they have consistently been honest and efficient. Marcos is always available and responsive whenever I need help. Highly recommend.

Porsche cayenne owner - was looking to fix an urgent issue with a break pedal as well as service my car. I took my chances and looked for a place on google. I was incredibly lucky to find this place. I had a very pleasant experience end to end thanks to Marcos and the team. Marcos walked me through the entire fixing process with detailed videos and suggestions. His expertise and overall approach were exceptional. Transparent pricing and original spare parts. Most importantly he went above and beyond and delivered on time which is very rare in dubai garages if they ever pick up your phone…you mostly end up with your car stuck in the place for ages. I was a customer of Deutsches Auto Service Center for two years, with my 2015 Land Rover LR4 under a maintenance contract with them throughout. I am writing this review so other customers can make an informed decision before entrusting their vehicle to this garage.
My primary complaint concerns the air conditioning system. The AC stopped working and I brought the vehicle in for repair. A full overhaul was carried out — compressor, drier, expansion valve, and gas recharge — at significant cost. The system failed again within less than two years. A second full overhaul was then performed, during which a refrigerant hose leak was finally discovered — a basic fault that should have been caught the first time. The second repair also required full AC system cleaning due to contamination, a direct consequence of the substandard aftermarket drier used originally. Despite this, the vehicle was held for several days and returned to me with the AC still not working.
The garage then presented an estimate of close to AED 13,500 to replace the front and rear evaporators, claiming this was now the cause — a component never once mentioned across two prior full overhauls. I refused this quote and sought a second opinion elsewhere.
The actual evaporator replacement, carried out properly at another workshop, cost under AED 3,800 in total, including parts and labour, and came with a written 25,000 km / 2-year warranty. The AC now works perfectly. This means Deutsches Auto Service Center was asking for more than three and a half times the fair market price for a repair that several other technicians completed correctly on the very first attempt.
What troubles me most is that the vehicle was under an active maintenance contract throughout this entire period. The garage was regularly checking and topping up AC gas at service visits — gas that was clearly escaping through the undetected hose leak. The same underlying fault, and the actual root cause, were missed across multiple visits spanning nearly two years. This is not bad luck. It points to a serious failure in diagnostic competence, compounded by pricing that bears no relation to the actual cost of the correct repair.
Beyond the AC, virtually every major system on the vehicle required expensive work during my time with this garage — cooling system, engine components, air suspension, differential, and CV boots — each producing new and costly repair requirements on almost every visit.
When my vehicle was returned after one of the AC repairs via the garage's own tow company, the driver damaged the rear of the vehicle. This was never resolved.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Dubai Consumer Rights Protection Department (DED) and have written to Land Rover MENA regarding the standard of repairs carried out on my vehicle. I strongly recommend that prospective customers obtain an independent second opinion and a clear written quote before authorising any significant repair at this garage.
