After meeting with multiple surgeons, Dr. Smith was the clear choice for my breast lift and augmentation. Not only is his work excellent, but he made the whole experience very transparent and easy to understand. Dr Smith was and is absolutely wonderful. I had chin lipo + facetite. He and his whole team have been and still are so kind and supportive throughout the entire process. During my consultation and before surgery every question I had was answered, every concern was eased. I had some issues post op and not only did they all consistently check in on me and schedule me in for sooner check ups and fixed everything but Dr Smith even came back to the city while he was having time off to see me when I felt nervous as he wanted to make sure I felt secure and happy with my results. Went above and beyond. All throughout the procedure itself I was cared for, kindly offered anything I needed and once I was on the table Dr Smith made sure I was ok and spoke with me. He did a FANTASTIC job. He is extremely talented and his team goes the extra mile.
I am very happy and am still going through post op check ups as my surgery was August 5th, I still have more healing to do and everyday my results become better. My chin is lifted and will be even better soon !! If I ever need another procedure he is trustworthy and I will be returning.
I am about two months post op and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ve attached photos and please keep in mind that my results will get even better as time goes on !!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Smith and his team. I was referred to him through my primary care physician and I knew she would only refer me to someone trustworthy and skilled - and Dr. Smith is both, plus extremely caring and kind. I absolutely LOVE the results from my procedure and truly felt like part of the family from when I arrived for my first consultation with such a warm, welcoming environment. Dr. Smith and his team are reachable whenever you need and I felt completely at ease with everyone's kindness and professionalism.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! I found Dr. Smith after searching for a doctor who was qualified to do a revision surgery. I live in MD and had seen multiple doctors within 5 states. I was very skeptical and Dr. Smith immediately put me at ease. He looked at my problem areas and discussed in details the options we could do. I knew instantly that he was the right person. The staff was very caring and accommodating. They recommended hotels, places to eat, and responded quickly to any questions i had. On surgery day the team was very friendly, answered any additional questions i had. I never felt rushed and they genuinely cared. After surgery they let me stay until i was ready, even wheeling me back to the hotel. The procedure helped me get my life back and I'm so thankful for Dr. Smith and his amazing staff.
I immediately felt very comfortable in Dr. Smith's office. It is sparkling clean and all the staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Smith was very cordial and honest with me regarding the procedure I was requesting. I ultimately ended up with a different procedure, with great results! He has a caring and gentle bedside manner, along with a sense of humor. All aspects of the procedure were explained thoroughly and no question was too small. Dr. Smith was very attentive throughout and after the procedure. You will be in good hands in a kind and caring environment!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Darren Smith from start to finish. From the initial consultation, he was incredibly transparent and honest, which can be rare. I came in thinking I needed a brachioplasty, which is more invasive and expensive, but Dr. Smith explained that arm lipo would be enough to give me the results I wanted. He also told me I didn’t need chin lipo, which showed me he truly puts the patient first.
My arms were bigger than the rest of my body, and he took the time to explain how he would shape them to match my frame. He also encouraged me to lose a little weight beforehand for the best outcome, which I appreciated. When I asked about post-op massages, he said I could do them myself and that I shouldn’t waste money unless I really needed help.
They provided two compression garments and the whole process felt smooth and well organized. His bedside manner was great and everything felt thoughtful and professional from consultation through surgery. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone skilled, honest, and focused on real results.
