Dan was terrific to deal with through the whole process, from initial communication at the viewing, all the way to handing us our keys (late on a Friday night!) After going Sale Agreed Dan’s communication was excellent with us in advising on the status of delays, and even pushed for issues to be resolved that were above and beyond his remit. Any texts / emails were always answered promptly, and if he didn’t have the answer to hand he always found it and got back to us. Was great to deal with him, and would happily work with him again if we’re ever selling!
