March 2026- booked the team for my 2nd sons 1st birthday. Once again the they were amazing from booking to delivery. Prompt responses to emails! Lopez delivered and arranged everything so quickly! She was patient as there was some delay in getting into the hall. Joseph collected and also incredibly patient as we had little ones who did not want to give up the soft play bit he worked around them quickly and professionally! Highly recommend these guys to all children's parties! The kids and parents LOVED the soft play! June 2024-Last minute booking. Spoke to the team about what I wanted, and they were super helpful! Communication via email once booked was smooth. On the day the team arrived earlier than expected, which was really appreciated! We had issues with entering our venue, and Matthew and Farouq (set up team) were understanding and patient! They were fast at setting up and ensured we knew what was needed to keep the area safe for the children. Collection was prompt also! Amazing team!! We would highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience with Dancing Cubs providing soft play for our event over the weekend. Everything ran smoothly and the day was a big success. All prior communication was great, delivery was excellent, setup was done brilliantly, and the team were very efficient and helpful. The equipment was also high quality. Overall, a very high level of service and a great product – I would definitely recommend them.

So thrilled with our Dancing Cubs experience! I booked the Jungle Soft Play Package and the Green and Gold Ball Pond for my son’s “Wild One” first birthday party, and we were so pleased with our rentals. Prior to the party, Zara and the team were very professional and responsive (including last minute requests from my party venue for paperwork). The crew that dropped off/set up the soft play were really friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. And most importantly, the kids really loved playing with everything! We would definitely book again for future events!
