Natasha did a great job! Responded quicky to my enquiry, professional and did a great groom on my fluffy ball! Our dog can be a little anxious and she took the time to calmly get her into the salon. Will definitely be using her again

Natasha is a pleasure to deal with. We have quite a nervous Springer and she looked after her really well. We have used Natasha twice now and have no hesitation in going back for a third time.

I have two dogs, a English Springer Spaniel & a Working Cocker. Although they both have a beautiful nature, they are both very nervous & timid. Natasha within 5 minutes of arriving at her grooming salon had them eating treats from her hand, she made them relaxed and they clearly both loved the experience as they were enjoying the pampering so much they didn’t notice I had arrived to collect them 😂.

They are incredibly sweet souls, and it was so special seeing them relax and enjoy a bit of pampering, especially those belly rubs at the end, I felt honoured and they were loving it, (so much so they didn’t even notice you arrive 😂). Thank you for trusting me with them, it truly means the world. I’m so glad they left feeling calm, happy, and smelling gorgeous 🐶✨
We wouldn’t take our Airedale Terrier anywhere else. Freddy loves Natasha and runs straight up to see her when he goes for a groom. She does a wonderful job every time and keeps Freddy looking his best! Natasha communicates everything clearly and always has the dog’s best interest at heart. Thank you!

Choosing Dames mad Dukes for my poppy was the best choice. Natasha is fantastic with my little dog, he even runs up to her all excited to see her and gives her snuggles. She is so calm and patient and loving with him. I opted for the puppy pack and I am very pleased with the results!

Charlie looks amazing – thank you! From the moment I picked him up, it was clear how much he trusted you and felt at ease. As a dog owner, it can be a little nerve-wracking leaving your pet with someone new, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about.
The care, attention, and patience you show with both dogs and their owners really stands out. You might not be the cheapest, but the quality of your equipment, the products you use, and the time you dedicate to making sure each dog is happy make it completely worthwhile.

Dog grooming is a specialist job, and for me it’s never about rushing through, it’s about making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and goes home looking and feeling their best.

When Rusty arrived he had a long coat and we wanted to get him clipped right down. We had received information that he did not like to be brushed and was very sensitive around his legs and feet. Tash was confident and understanding about what we wanted and immediately put Rusty at ease. The cut was perfect, Rusty looked a million dollars afterwards. Now he bounds up the stairs to get into the studio for a bath, trim and blow dry. Amazing job Tash, thank you. 🙏 🫶 🐾

Willow went for her first hair cut at Dames and Dukes today, which is a new groomer for her and I can honestly say she had the best experience. She went through the different lengths of cutters and made it very personal. I couldn’t recommend her enough she’s made my dog even more beautiful than she already is!🤩

I would definitely recommend, my dog is anxious and she has taken suck good care of him. He’s definitely a lot calmer and happier there than at other groomers in the past! I’m always very happy with the cut and he always comes out looking amazing!

Natalie obviously loves all the dogs she looks after.
My little dog Holly is very nervous but is already happy to be left. She is a long haired scruffy little dog but always looks lovely when I collect her.
I previously had Holly groomed at 2 different places but was unhappy with the standards of cleanliness and professionalism
Natalie gives you confidence that you are leaving your precious pet in safe hands.

Took my scruffy terrier cross for a good groom and was delighted with the care and professionalism, my dog was transformed and the grooming advice was excellent.

Natasha is such a professional and always takes such good care of our Hiccup.
Being a mixed breed he always came back from previous groomers looking totally different, but Natasha took the time and care to understand what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happier.
Hiccup is also so much happier now he visits Dames and Duke’s grooming.
