Submitted online repair request at 4:29 pm. Received a phone call from a real person at 4:41 pm. Before setting up a repair appointment, Todd directed me to try a step not mentioned in the printer's screen for the error code. Error code cleared. Todd stayed on the line for me to do a successful test print. No appointment, no charge, just a quick solution from an expert. Five stars!
Todd has been absolutely amazing!! I highly highly recommend him if your are having issues with your printer. He was on time and extremely knowledgeable! I highly suggest Todd if you ever need repairs or maintenance.

They truly are customer service oriented. Todd and John took time to talk through my printer issue even though it isn't one they typically support. Then even came on site to take a closer look and talk through our future printer needs for when it finally gives up, and ultimately recommended a printer they don't sell but he clearly has our best interest in mind. Just really amazing customer service mentality. I would recommended them time and time again!

Todd went above and beyond, spending his after-hours time to help me diagnose a problem with my Brother scanner. He then offered suggestions on how to work around the issue (which Brother customer service wouldn't do). I truly appreciate his dedication to his business and his clients, and won't hesitate to contact him again should I need help with either my scanner or printer. Thanks!

Dallas Laser Printers is a great company! Their customer service is awesome and very professional. Our technician Todd always manages to take care of our copier/printer needs immediately. I was out of printer ink and he delivered with no hesitation, for which we were very thankful! Should our printer need a part, they are very Quick to retrieve it and get us up and going. I highly recommend them! Keep up the Great Work!

Todd, the service representative, came to our office today and quickly fixed an issue we were having with our printer. He was very pleasant and showed the owner what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. Todd also had the replacement part in his truck so we didn't have to wait for a part to be ordered. We were informed by Todd that if a part had to be ordered there wouldn't be an additional office visit fee to come back to replace the part so that was nice to know.
