My booking experience was smooth but pick is constant challenge. It took them 30 min to deliver the car. Car condition was okay but check engine and low pressure tires lights were on and they said its okay... really?

Every time a very good experience with Dallah rent a car. Very flexible, you can book last minute and taking the car is super easy. The team is very nice and the cars are clean and from good quality.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La renommée de la serviabilité jordanienne est bien réelle! Le fait que l'on puisse contacter en permanence (24h/24) Mohammad via WhatsApp était très rassurant. Il répond très rapidement à nos questions et demandes. J'avais oublié de faire enregistrer mon permis de conduire et mon passeport sur le contrat de location, et cela a été très vite réglé, avec gentillesse.
Il nous a même depanné avec une "pique" pour remplacer notre carte SIM.
La voiture était une automatique,un peu vieillotte, et relativement propre. Le plein était fait à moitié du réservoir, on doit donc la rendre au même niveau. Je trouve que c'est plus simple quand on part avec le plein à 100%.
