First of all i would like to thank Ms Aya for the professionalism she has in every move in the whole process, and very big thanks for the 24/7 support team they have. Great team, fare rates and very neat cars. I will definitely recommend you always and will consider Dallah Rent a Car as best provider while visiting Jordan.

Awesome customer service / on time car receiving and less documentation. Car was clean and new and perfect for my requirement / very flexible company who waited for me to handover the car beyond their working hours - its a worth deal. Surely recommend them for new customers.

In general, everything is okay. It was not professional that in the beginning that we have to wait ~20 minutes in parking slot before we can put our staff in the car. Also I believe it would be easier for stuff to switch car language to eng. And that is all negative parts that I can see. Car was clean and in really good condition. Drop-off is also easy, 100 JD deposit via card hold - is a usual practice. Milage limitation are pretty fair and it is hard to exceed (if u don't drive 6h/day). So, in general I would totally recommend, and believe that small defects above could fixed really easy)

It was my second time renting a car from Dallah, and the experience was perfect. The staff are very friendly and professional. Especially Mr. Yazan. Thank you always for the help
