Went for brunch with my partner and walked in to a nice atmosphere bright spacious modern cafe. Service was good and the menu had plenty of choice. THE FOOD…what we had could have been better I had the brioche sausage and I thought it was average I personally wasn’t over keen on the flavour of the sausages. My partners bacon sandwich was not great there was hardly any bacon in it infact one side of the sandwich had one small piece of bacon in it which she was extremely disappointed with. The coffee was very nice

They have the best sausages I have ever tasted - get at least two.

We visited Triple Two (previously Daisy Grey) yesterday for lunch. It was a suprise to see the name had changed, but what a relief to see that Amanda and her amazing team are all still there serving customers with their usual hospitable, smiling service, and still serving the same delicious coffee and lunch menu. We have been coming to Daisy Grey since it opened more than 4 years ago and have never been disappointed! Thank you to Amanda and her team!

The overall experience at this place was quite disappointing. The decor in the dining area was very boring, with white walls that gave off a stark, hospital-like atmosphere. This is far from what one would expect at a countryside venue, which typically boasts a warm and cosy ambiance. The staff did not wear uniforms, which, while not crucial, but added to the informal and unprofessional feel of the place. Additionally, I noticed that the chef was not wearing a hat, which is usually a standard practice for hygiene and professionalism in food preparation. On the menu, a Full English Breakfast was listed at £13.50 (the website advertise this breakfast for £12.50). Given the price, I anticipated a spectacular meal. However, when the plate arrived, it was a significant let-down. The portion size was small, especially for the price point. There are many other places around where you can get a more substantial breakfast for less money. In conclusion, I would not return to this place. The combination of poor decor, lack of uniformity among staff, and the underwhelming breakfast portion does not justify the high price.

Amazing breakfast and genuinely amazing service that went above and beyond. Particularly, Amanda for whom no request was too much to ask. Will be back again soon! Highly recommended.

We picked up a fabulous sausage roll from Daisy Grey as part of KestFest2024. Absolutely delicious.

Very good coffee and pastries served here with a cool vibe inside the place. One particular thing I liked is that there are original artworks on the wall available for sale to the visitors. This made the place feel a lot more special and helped me contemplate inside it.

Lovely place to visit for Sunday brunch. Great service and good food. Blueberry muffins and smoked salmon bagel were delish.

Really nice food and great service

A little gem overlooking a nice green it’s quite contemporary in decor & has an upstairs area but it’s a bit bland compared to downstairs Love the produce for sale & cakes look amazing It gets quite busy so booking advised also parking can be an issue although there free parking on the road! The food is of excellent quality & probably the best coffee I have had, Service is excellent but didn’t give it 5 stars as we were seated upstairs on second visit & 3 out of 4 coffees arrived (second time it’s happened) But great place to eat will definitely be returning!

Very overpriced 22 pound for 1 tea and 2 sandwiches and not even worth the price either

I hate to leave a bad review but I was absolutely appalled at the rude service our family received at this cafe. They do not appear to be very child friendly at all here and the way we were treated quite frankly was disgraceful. In addition the coffee just tasted like hot milk and according to my children the cookies were awful. This behaviour was also witnessed by other individuals who were also just as appalled as we were. Safe to Say we will not be returning. It is evident from other reviewers on here and indeed the reviews from your other locations that we are not the only ones to fall victim to such appalling behaviour and service. In addition I feel that instead of making up false and untrue accusations in what I feel is just a poor attempt to cover up for your staffs behaviour it is my opinion that you should learn to be more honest, transparent and accountable for the way your staff are treating families with children. Update to your response: I just responded to your response where you made untrue and false accusations in response to the negative review I left. In response to your comment about " Life is way too short to be this upset about a coffee shop" I am not upset I am simply appalled at the way your staff member behaved toward myself and my two children and the fact that I feel you seem to think this behaviour acceptable -it is not.
