Cytech Heating & Cooling provided exceptional service during a stressful situation. Our mini-split A/C and heating unit stopped working late Sunday night, just as a cold front moved in. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to find help, Cytech responded immediately and agreed to come out without hesitation. Their prompt attention, professionalism, and willingness to assist on short notice made a significant difference. The technician quickly identified the issue and ensured our home was comfortable again.
A well-deserved 5-star rating for their reliability and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

Very Impressed with CyTech Air conditioning maintenance plan service. The technician was very polite. He did all his work professionally. I asked him for help on reprogramming my high tech thermostat he made it easy to understand and made a change I wanted. He also noticed my a/c filter needed replacing and did the replacement which I normally do myself. He also made changes to the heating system which were needed and informed me of the details of what was wrong. Overall a great job with a very professional technician . I’m glad I use Cytech.

What they quote is what it is. You might find it slightly cheaper, but you’re risking a more expensive repair down the road. I noticed the tech called the manufacturer to ensure his repair was in accordance with warranty. I had a somewhat complex system and they’re one of the only ones that would take a stab at it.

Our heating and cooling system wasn’t working, and after searching online for AC companies, we decided to call Cytech based on their excellent customer reviews. I can confidently say this company is truly reliable and customer focused.
The technician arrived on time and, after inspecting the unit, explained to my husband what the issue was, what repairs were needed, and how much it would cost. We also inquired about a new system, and he provided several options and price points. Since our unit was quite old, we decided to go ahead and install a new one.
The technician made sure our old system was working before leaving, and the installation of the new system was scheduled for the very next day. The new system was installed promptly, and the technicians were professional, courteous, and thorough in explaining the new features.
We are extremely happy with the overall experience and highly recommend Cytech!
