My son started seeing Candice Kretschman at Cypress Therapy around March. She has been amazing with him. I was able to meet with her before my son's appointment and was able to voice my concerns and she made me feel at home. The whole process was so easy and I felt at ease with leaving my 15 year old in her hands. She also allows me to text her with updates of what's going on with him so she may touch on those items in his sessions. I also love how she explained to him that anything he discusses with her are between them which gained his trust even more. Just in these few months I have seen a difference. We are still working on a lot of things but he's always excited after his sessions to share with me the tools that she taught him to help him. I am so very thankful that we have found her.

It is very seldom in a person's life that we cross paths with someone who profoundly affects our lives. Well, I have come across that person in my life and that would be Amy Cartwright. In my effort to find an understanding of my life through counseling, I found Amy. She wasn't my first attempt but probably my 10th in getting counseling. Of all the many different counselors and therapists in the past none have had the impact that she has made. Her ability to recognize and diagnose my different issues was amazing and not accepted by me initially. Over time I came to see how spot-on she was in figuring out my issues. My amazement came from that no one previously had even come close to diagnosing my disorders. Once I accepted this the work began recognizing and controlling these situations. She is a natural at work and a master in my opinion. I have complete confidence that she could handle any situation she was presented. The ease with which she interacts will give anyone comfort. She is very smart and intuitive with a very good memory. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone who is facing any kind of difficult situation in their life and who is considering counseling. You could not go wrong with Amy Cartwright at Cypress Therapy and Counseling! She is 5 stars in my book!

Amanda is my counselor! I highly recommend her! Amanda is extremely caring and helpful!! The resources she has offered have been life saving. I am doing neurofeedback along with counseling services. With less than 5 sessions of neurofeedback I have noticed a huge difference with my insomnia, anxiety, and depression!!! Within the first service my anxiety level went down immediately! I have been sleeping so much better which changes everything!!! I am finally feeling like a normal person again thanks to Amanda and neurofeedback!

I have been going to therapy sessions with Amberly over a year now. She is so kind, very understanding, and helped me grow as a mom and a wife. The office is so calming and very conviently located in Cypress, but she is available by Zoom as well. Highly recommend Amberly.

I've seen both Tiffany and Amber at Cypress Therapy and Counseling and they have both been amazing! I loved my weekly sessions with Amber for the past year, she has helped me tremendously and i'd happily recommend her to anyone needing therapy and wanting a therapist that can work with you on pretty much anything. The initial intake process was extremely easy, and she takes Blue Cross Blue Sheild and my copay was very low so it was very affordable! I've been immensely impressed with the way they run things here, and i will definitely be coming back if needed!

Both of my 9 year olds have seen Amy and they absolutely love her! She is amazing. She has helped both of them work through some separate issues this past year. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and fun! As a result of some of these sessions, we are stronger as a family and are truly blessed to have had an opportunity to work with her. My family and I have been very blessed to have Tiffany and her practice in our lives!! This life experience comes with so many twists and turns, unexpected and unpredictable emotional burdens, it can be overwhelming. My children and I have learned so much from Tiffany, and we apply the tools we learn from her to help cope with the emotional hardships of life. But not only does Cypress Therapy and Counseling offer emotional support, I absolutely love the fact that they address the WHOLE YOU, with additional services such as yoga sessions, massage therapy, even a dietician/nutritionist to help keep you healthy from the inside out. It's inspiring to watch this practice grow into something more than just talk therapy. Tiffany truly cares about people and their well being, and her gift as a therapist and her practice exemplifies that. Thank you Tiffany for all that you do! This studio has been so good for me mentally, spiritually and physically. I’m so glad that I joined and I look forward to each class at Heartstone Wellness. Ynske Joppe is an amazing teacher with a lot of knowledge and contains the skills to help anyone that doubts their capability to perform yoga. She is the best instructor I have ever had.
