I am currently dealing with a tooth cracked to the root and have been in excruciating pain for the past two days. While I appreciate that the dental associate has safety protocols regarding medication, the current plan of rotating Tylenol 3 and Ibuprofen 800mg is unfortunately not working. I was told it would work 'really well,' but it only relieves about 70% of the pain and wears off in half the time, leaving me in severe distress for hours between doses.
After paying $230 out of pocket toward a $1,000 bill, it is incredibly disheartening to leave an office still suffering and feeling like my level of pain wasn't fully understood or listened to. I am returning in two days for the extraction, and I genuinely hope the team will be more attentive to patient comfort and pain management moving forward.

Excellent response and customer service regarding a dental emergency ( crown popped off dental implant at 4:00 pm 48 hrs before a scheduled trip). I pulled into the Cypress parking lot right after this happened and they immediately came up with a plan and coordinated insurance info, etc. I was seen the following day to have the crown cemented back on the crown without problem!πππππ
