Fantastic company. I had some serious issues with my network and I phoned them for some advice. Spoke to Steve S who got me up and running temporarily over the phone and we arranged a site visit for the next day. I was not disappointed, he turned up first thing, found the problem, fixed it and gave some excellent advice all in just a couple of hours. Excellent service from Steve today, I was having trouble with my wifi reaching my studio, he was able to identify the issue straight away and get me back online! After having network issues for weeks, we were recommended to Cyan and I couldn't be happier with the result.
