I needed to obtain an EPC for a flat which I am selling. The estate agent recommended CW EPCs. I called them and an appointment was made immediately for a visit to the flat 2 days later. The person who conducted the survey turned up exactly on time and was polite, efficient and obviously expert at his job. The draft EPC report was sent by WhatsApp the next day and, after I had checked it, I paid the report fee and the EPC itself was emailed to me later that day complete with instructions on how to view the report on the Government portal. All in all, an excellent experience delivered in a very professional way and for a very reasonable fee.

Initial return from 1st contact was okay, but once made the service was smooth and efficient. The site visit was carried out with consideration. The assessor was polite and helpful.
The paperwork was completed in time spans given.
The whole service was good value for money.

I would really recommend CW EPCs. Cherrelle was responsive, offered quick and flexible availability, was punctual and efficient on the day of the assessment, and turned around the finished EPC extremely quickly (in our case within the same day). We are having a lot of stress with trying to sell our flat, and CW EPCs at least made one part of the process a lot less stressful!
