I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication from this personal injury law office. The case worker (Cara)assigned to my case has consistently failed to return calls, respond to messages, or provide even basic updates. When someone is dealing with an injury and depending on legal support, the least you expect is professionalism and communication.
Being ignored for days or weeks at a time is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for clients. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who values responsiveness, transparency, or basic customer service.

I hired Chandler Volta Law Firm in early September 2025 for a personal injury claim. I completed all of my medical treatment months ago, yet communication and progress on my case have been extremely disappointing.
I have repeatedly been told that records were requested or that the demand is being worked on, but I have not been given clear updates, timelines, or consistent communication. It has also been very difficult to get return calls or meaningful responses unless I continue to follow up.
Most concerning, despite having legal representation, I am still receiving calls and written notices from Novant Health regarding medical bills, including a notice that my account is being sent to collections. This has caused unnecessary stress and confusion, as I expected guidance and assistance with these issues while my case is pending.
I understand personal injury cases take time, but basic communication, transparency, and proactive handling of medical billing issues should not be lacking. At this point, I am very disappointed with my experience and hope the firm improves its client communication and follow-through.

Update: After posting this review, I finally received direct communication from the attorney, which I appreciated. However, we are now approaching almost a year handling this case and I still have not received a settlement or clear resolution regarding liability. Communication continues to be inconsistent, and updates are often the same information repeated without a concrete timeline or meaningful progress.
I understand complex personal injury cases can take time, but I still feel there has been a lack of urgency and follow-through throughout this process. Based on my experience, I would still not recommend this firm :(
