Dave was friendly and professional. Highly skilled in carpentry. Dave came prepared with numerous tools to complete our project. The project was to in stall 2 standard doors within one pre-existing finish opening. Dave was able to build a hinge template, using the new door with the hinges installed on the doors. The template was then position on each side of the existing openimg to mark the hinge llocation. Dave's carpentry knowledge was very evident throughout the project. From project concept to utilizing various hand tools along with hand saw,, router, floor jacks, Highly recommend Dave for your and my future home improvement projects. Thank you, Dave.

We had excellent service from Dave of Chippewa Valley Handyman Services. During March he completed several house repairs, such as replacing a deadbolt door knob, replacing old dim "curlicue" light bulbs in the garage with attractive bright fixtures, drywall repair, and various other items. There were a couple of items that I thought would need to be replaced - a very grungy garage door sill, and dirty and old bathroom exhaust fan covers. But Dave was able to clean these items so that they look as good as new.
Dave also did what I consider is a major repair job on our deck. The supporting beams had rotted at the bottom which resulted in our deck being on a tilt. Dave removed the old beams and replaced them with new ones and the deck looks wonderful.
We were very pleased with Dave's work. He provided some alternative ideas for things which were better than what we had suggested. He works diligently and cleans up everything when finished. His finished work is of great quality. Plus he is a pleasant person to have around.
A big thank-you to Dave for taking care of our home repair items in such an excellent fashion.

CVHS. Dave, does a remarkable job. His quotes are dead on with no surprise charges. He's honest about what skills he does well. He installed several yards of oak chair railing and stair railing. It's gorgeous. His cuts are perfect. He's easy to work with and very punctual. He also repaired a couple of ceiling cracks and we are very happy with his results. We highly recommend CVHS for your next project. We will definitely be hiring CVHS again.

I cannot recommend Chippewa Valley Handyman Services enough! I hired Dave to get a house ready to sell while I was out of the area, and he made the process seamless. He handled a wide list of repairs (drywall, paint, siding, locks) and kept me updated with photos throughout the entire process.
