You cannot fault this company first of all I sent an ECU they inspected it and found no fault which was fantastic. I then sent them the power pack from a daft LF which they actually repaired. The service is fantastic if only they were more companies like this, you will not be disappointed with their service.

Quite simply excellent.
We had a faulty transmission power pack for our Iveco Eurocargo ZF gearbox.
The collection of our unit was very quick and our refurbished unit was returned in a matter of days.
Once fitted it was a simple case of bleeding the system and setting the clutch bite point.
Thank you all so much. This prompt service meant we were still able to take our steam engine to our steam rally and not cancel the weekend.
Your communication is fantastic and you have been so helpful with arranging the collection and delivery of our unit.
Would definitely recommend these guys.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that after waiting half day for my part to be repaired, as I need it urgently, they charged me the priority fee even if they didn't repair my part, but they gave me another one that they had on stock. I think they honestly could've gave it to me from the beginning without waiting and extra fees. 🤔

We'd just like to clarify how our priority service works. The priority charge isn't specifically to remanufacture your original unit—it's to move your job to the very front of our remanufacturing workshop queue, ahead of the 87 other jobs which were currently already in the business on Friday and an additional 34 other jobs which were booked in on that same morning.
Your Mercedes TCM arrived with us at approx 8:30am on Friday and was ready for collection by 12:20pm the same day. Without the priority service, based on our current workload, your job would most likely have been completed on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Although you received one of our remanufactured exchange Mercedes TCMs, it wasn't simply taken from the shelf and handed over. Our engineers had to prepare and remanufacture a core unit and then transfer your vehicle's TECU onto it, making it completely "plug & play" for your vehicle. This engineering work is what enabled us to have you back on the road within just a few hours.
We appreciate that from the outside it may have appeared that a unit was immediately available, but there was still specialist remanufacturing work and testing required before it could be ready to be fitted to your vehicle.
