Criag was a legend to deal with and provided excellent information and services, including bringing over a missed charger in the package during the xmas holiday break! I have bought a piano dolly from these guys. It’s one of the best dolley to use from piano, spa pool, pool table etc you name it. OzFish Central Moreton Bay Chapter bought the KM Terrain - Electric All Terrain Pallet Jack 1.5 Ton with 1.6m hi lift. The group of volunteers are delighted with it, and 6 have already completed their basic competency training. They've christened it "Cracker Jack", as it replaced the labor-intensive & now retired "Anastacia Palletjack" hand trolley. Today, 12 Feb 2025, it helped our team set a new productivity record with 276 Robust Oyster Baskets fabricated in a 4 hour volunteer session (search the OzFish website to find out what ROBs do for your marine environment). This Electric All Terrain Pallet Jack is a new bit of equipment for us and the team at Custom Trolleys Australia were really helpful with delivery, service and information. We love Cracker Jack!

I am a local business and prefer to keep business local. I reached out a few times for a quote on a Domino stairclimber and never heard back so I purchased via a Sydney company. I reached out 3 times and for a potential client that is 2 times to many to request a quote. Perhaps consider a better CRM to not lose potential sales opportunities.

We've searched our various email accounts, and the only enquiry we can find from you is for a stacker we quoted in June of 2019. I needed a trolley to hold a 150kg stacked washer and dryer units for my laundry/bathroom and infrared sauna project. I had to work with very narrow spaces to maximse the space available for the fittings, and an off the shelf unit would not have the look and detail that I was after. I turned to Custom Trolleys after looking over examples of their work, and started discussing my requirements with them (platform size, painted, low height, weight capacity, locking wheels). Working with Luke and Paul we sketched out the design, and I ordered the unit. It arrived and is now a key but unobtrusive feature of the renovation. I thoroughly recommend Custom Trolleys for the quality and detail that goes into their constructions.

Hi there. I want to give Craig in the office from Custom Trollies. His service and help was amazing!!! From my initial phone call, he went out of his way to help me out, and get me out of a pickle. He removed a wheel from a trollie he had in stock along with arm stops and replaced my broken ones. He spent nearly an hour helping me out. Super nice man and super helpful.
