Although I had to reach out to Adan a few times before getting on schedule, we can vouch that he is a stand up guy. He was professional, patient and answered all our questions while going over various options and explaining what he thought would work best to fix our pool and spa coping. He took measurements twice to be extra accurate and was actually the only contractor that came with tile samples for us to view. Although we decided to go another route, he was very gracious and polite, so I am definitely keeping his info in my back pocket for future projects/repairs. Adan was very communicative throughout the process, checking in on us and assuring us he was there for us if we had any questions. California pools did an amazing job for us. We were looking to resurface our pool. Brian was right on track with the promised timeline. He communicated well. We were able to keep our timeline. Austin and all the Chris' on my project were amazing. I tried to fix my pool myself and the more I chipped away at bad areas, the more bad areas I found. After a few months, and with an impending rainy season on the horizon, I gave up. It was too much so I requested quotes from various companies and California Custom Pools provided the best quote. California Custom Pools installed an inground Freeform pool for my family and I and they knocked the project out of the park. Our experience with them was tremendous, from the initial meeting at our home to discuss our options to the final inspection. George was our project manager and Austin was our designer and these two gentlemen were amazing to do business with and excelled with customer service. They were sure to answer all of our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. Communication throughout the process was never a problem and they were always available at any time to answer any questions or concerns or provide more details. When I contacted California Custom Pools, George and Austin were out at our home 2 days later for a meeting. 3 days later we had a design and one week later they broke ground with construction. I'm truly amazed at how fast they moved on this project. They started on August 19th and we had water in the pool on September 21st! Absolutely amazing!! Throughout the process, my wife and I had some minor issues/concerns and when we brought them to the attention of George and Austin they took care of it immediately. George also had glow in the dark pebble installed in the pool and glow in the dark sand to border the pool. Very cool feature that our kids love! From the moment we sent an inquiry to California Custom Pools, our new pool experience was nothing short of remarkable. We received a response quickly and soon had an in home consultation scheduled with Austin Fowlkes. Austin helped us sketch out of vision for a pool in our backyard, noting several pros and cons and things to consider as we planned something to fit our needs and our kids (9 and 12) wants. Within a few days, Austin had some incredible renderings of the concept and we worked together with him and Danny to refine the final design while we negotiated the terms of the contract. We were shocked that a pool could be built in just six weeks, and figured since it was mid-June we would test out that schedule. Austin took care of submitting plans to the city while we continued working with the design team at their showroom just up the freeway in Temecula to pick out selections for the coping, accent wall and water line tile as well as the pebble finish. While there was more back and forth in the permitting process than we expected, we were able to get our permit and start construction in early August. We met George, the licensed contractor, and he walked us over the schedule. We were still in amazement a full sized pool and spa could be built in such a short timeframe but any doubts were erased when the grading subcontractor excavated the entire pool in just 1.5 days. While there was some cosmetic damage due to the back and forth of the excavator, the speed of the work and the ultimate fixes that were performed more than made up for the temporary inconveniences. A few days later, the rebar was installed, piping was complete and shotcrete was applied (which took a few days to cure). From there, it was on to the detailed tile work and some custom concrete pads to finish the overall aesthetics. A minor electrical glitch wasn’t enough to slow down progress and we started filling the pool around September 11th and were enjoying it just a week later. Unbelievable! On time, good communication, great experience and suggestions to make the project better as it was being constructed, and on budget. We love the way it turned out and can’t wait to use it for years to come. Thanks to Austin, George, Danny and the entire team and their subs. California Custom Pool transformed the weed garden in my backyard into an oasis! I had them build a custom pool and spa and it is absolutely gorgeous. They were the lowest bidder, listened to everything I wanted, and they were very patient as I was picky on how I wanted it to look. they finished it sooner than originally anticipated and I couldn't be happier! they kept me informed about the whole process. No surprises, no hiccups, just professionals doing fantastic work! I'd give them 6 stars if it would let me.

The design and construction of my pool was excellent. The whole crew, Brian, George, Danny, Chris did a a great job in an open communication and answering questions throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the turnout. This is my 3rd swimming pool being built throughout the years for 3 homes, this is the best one yet. Our installation was very professional. Danny set things up properly from the start with design recommendations that set CCP apart from others. All site personnel were great, professional and did quality work. We had a few hiccups toward the end, as projects always do, and this is where Danny and George really shined by being responsive and timely in getting the issues addressed. Our project is now finished and it came out better than we had anticipated.
