I don't normally write long reviews, but Patrick and Custom Lux PC absolutely deserve one. From the first conversation, Patrick's knowledge and expertise were obvious. He didn't just take my list of components and build the PC — he listened to what I wanted, advised me when there were better options, explained his recommendations, and patiently answered all of my many questions throughout the process. What impressed me most was the exceptional attention to detail. This was a very high-end build where performance and aesthetics were equally important to me, and the finished PC genuinely exceeded my expectations. Everything from component placement and cable management to airflow and overall presentation shows how much care went into it. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and that didn't stop after I picked up the PC. Patrick genuinely followed up to make sure everything was working as expected, asked if I was happy with the machine, and made it clear that I could reach out with any questions. That kind of after-purchase care is something I really appreciate. There are really few people like Patrick. His patience and care is GOLDEN ! If you're looking for someone who genuinely knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work, I can very easily recommend Patrick and Custom Lux PC. Fantastic experience and an absolutely beautiful machine. 5 stars without hesitation.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking for someone you can actually trust with your computer, especially a higher-end PC, this is the place to go. I brought my computer in to have several parts replaced, and the entire experience was excellent. They were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was handled with care, the new components were installed properly, and my computer came back running exactly as it should. What impressed me most was the confidence I had leaving my PC in their hands. When you’ve invested a lot of money into a computer, handing it over to someone else can be nerve-racking. I never felt that way here. They made the process easy, answered my questions, and treated my system like it was their own. It’s hard to find businesses that combine technical expertise with great customer service, but these guys absolutely do. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my computer back for future upgrades or repairs, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy PC work.

I absolutely love the PC they built for me! I went with the prebuilt Frame Ripper and upgraded the case and RBG cables. Their customer service is next level! When I received the PC after across country shipping a couple things shook loose and it wasn’t working correctly. They called a guy local to me and paid to have him open it and fix whatever it was that was loose. Within 30 minutes I was up and running. 100% recommend custom lux pc!

Great customer service Customer support is easy to get in touch with. I text the websites support number from work to ask a question about availability at 4am and they responded and even offered a free CPU upgrade on the build I was interested in. I got my PC yesterday and I ended up locking myself out at the setup's initial login. Texted Pat at 9pm, and he was up till midnight helping me thru ought the process of getting me back in my PC. Moral of the story is Pat is one of a kind, a rare breed, and a gentleman and a scholar. That’s why I’d give 10 stars. Also the PC he built for me is sweet and a great deal.

Dual 3090 machine, zoom zoom Stumbled across a dual 3090 machine offered by Lux and was SO happy with every part of the sale. The owner personally reached out and helped me through the process, and the machine arrived with everything down to the BIOS configured for my AI workloads. Just needed to pop the GPUs in. Hope to buy another again soon.

I had specific needs for a computer that would dual boot on different drives, have capability for a local LLM with both 64 GB RAM and some VRAM. In the past I would buy a common brand and make modifications but now I decided to minimize the DIY and have a unit that would meet my needs from the beginning and not worry about potential incompatibilities. After looking and talking around I came up with Custom Lux PCs and was able to talk/text with Pat. He was accommodating in what I wanted with the my financial constraints and made the appropriate additions and changes. It was assembled, the software was installed and tested and then it was sent to me in a timely fashion. On receiving the well packed box, I unpacked it, did the preps and plugged it in and turned it on. It came right up and I started using it. No problems and I am certainly happy with the whole process. When the need to upgrade comes it will definitely be with Pat at Custom Lux PCs.
