Unbelievably incredible experience of having a PC in over a decade. I desperately needed PC help that had tons of sensitive personal billimy and family pictures on it. To have someone take the time and explain the newer technologies, lead me to learn I had idea I had to leran. Above and beyond, with superior "old school" service format, Patrick's communication is hands down, better than my personal friend group. This man knows both, honesty and consistency.

I contacted them upon a friend's recommendation. I got a text message reply within hours, I explained what I wanted and everything was addressed very clearly. Honestly, the best custom build service out there, I asked for some specific components, and instead of agreeing with them I was given a list of same components but cheaper, essentially just showing me equivalencies but cheaper, they could have upsell it to me but they asked to confirm my build. I got a 5090 and I twas shipped separately, just because it was heavy. The packaging is top notch, very well done. It was shipped across the US to me and nothing was damaged, no broken glass nothing. I turn on the computer and within 30 minutes I was running everything I needed. The purchase and shipping was extremely fast. 10/10 will make another purchase.
