I absolutely love the PC they built for me! I went with the prebuilt Frame Ripper and upgraded the case and RBG cables. Their customer service is next level! When I received the PC after across country shipping a couple things shook loose and it wasn’t working correctly. They called a guy local to me and paid to have him open it and fix whatever it was that was loose. Within 30 minutes I was up and running. 100% recommend custom lux pc!

Great customer service Customer support is easy to get in touch with. I text the websites support number from work to ask a question about availability at 4am and they responded and even offered a free CPU upgrade on the build I was interested in. It was a pleasent experience that earned my business

I got my PC yesterday and I ended up locking myself out at the setup's initial login. Texted Pat at 9pm, and he was up till midnight helping me thru ought the process of getting me back in my PC. Moral of the story is Pat is one of a kind, a rare breed, and a gentleman and a scholar. That’s why I’d give 10 stars. Also the PC he built for me is sweet and a great deal.

Dual 3090 machine, zoom zoom Stumbled across a dual 3090 machine offered by Lux and was SO happy with every part of the sale. The owner personally reached out and helped me through the process, and the machine arrived with everything down to the BIOS configured for my AI workloads. Just needed to pop the GPUs in. Hope to buy another again soon.

I had specific needs for a computer that would dual boot on different drives, have capability for a local LLM with both 64 GB RAM and some VRAM. In the past I would buy a common brand and make modifications but now I decided to minimize the DIY and have a unit that would meet my needs from the beginning and not worry about potential incompatibilities. After looking and talking around I came up with Custom Lux PCs and was able to talk/text with Pat. He was accommodating in what I wanted with the my financial constraints and made the appropriate additions and changes. It was assembled, the software was installed and tested and then it was sent to me in a timely fashion. On receiving the well packed box, I unpacked it, did the preps and plugged it in and turned it on. It came right up and I started using it. No problems and I am certainly happy with the whole process. When the need to upgrade comes it will definitely be with Pat at Custom Lux PCs.

Unbelievably incredible experience of having a PC in over a decade. I desperately needed PC help that had tons of sensitive personal billimy and family pictures on it. To have someone take the time and explain the newer technologies, lead me to learn I had idea I had to leran. Above and beyond, with superior "old school" service format, Patrick's communication is hands down, better than my personal friend group. This man knows both, honesty and consistency.
