He took the time to understand my specific needs, thoroughly explained the available options, and patiently answered all of my questions. He also helped arrange short-term emergency coverage to bridge the gap between the end of COBRA and the start of my new private plan, which required underwriting. Easy sign up, probably took a total of 30minutes. Our agent, Mark Savoca, was very informative and patient with us during the entire process. We took several months to make a final decision, and Mark stuck with us and assisted in providing information which was crucial in us making this important decision. Custom Health Plans has access to high quality plans which are less expensive than the standard ACA plans and are direct PPO plans. Direct PPO plans are not available in my state of Texas through ACA, so this is a great benefit in itself.
