Decided to do a full kitchen renovation which turned into a nightmare. Six months later after the cabinets installed and decided to have Custom Flooring to install new vinyl plank flooring. Our house was in chaos and I noticed two weeks after the install there were two planks leading into the kitchen island we’re about two inches to short. I called the representative at Custom flooring and advised them there was a problem and was advised that the installer would be in touch. Approximately two weeks later I contacted the representative again advising I had heard nothing from the installer. Over a month and one week I had heard nothing. I send an email and advised them that I was going to have someone else come in and install new floors in my living room and they could do the repair as I was tired of waiting to do a simple repair that they could have easily done. Strangely they said the installer could come the next day after being put on the back burner for over a month. Not impressed and will never use them again or recommend this company to anyone.

We got an amazing deal on vinyl plank and carpeting for our reno. Raelene is really great to work with on tile. She makes excellent suggestions for matching, grout, etc and the process easy.

Over the past 17 years I have relied on Custom Flooring for slate floor tile, travertine tile for a new fireplace, wall and floor tile for two bathroom renovations, bamboo flooring and backsplash. They have always had a wide variety of products to choose from, in many styles and price ranges. There always seems to be a few really nice products on sale, and the staff is incredibly helpful and patient. This is my favorite home improvement product store on the Sunshine Coast.

Custom Carpets is exceptional. I will forever use them for all my tile and flooring needs. They are always within budget and the outcome consistently exceeds expectations. Special thanks to Raeleen and installs for providing expected outcomes (exceeds expectations). Unfortunately for this project I didn’t take before and afters but will add the photos I have. I will book them again asap for continued work.

I like the place the6 have a beautiful selection off tiles.
I didn't like the red stuff that was put behind the tiles ,I wasn’t aware off they will put it on ,it’s very toxic.The person they sent to do the job he had a very bad attitude ,he broke and damaged a lot off my tiles and they were the big tiles 2x4s
They order more then it was needed and when I returned the left overs I was made to pay storage fees very ridiculous.
