I wandered into Custom Carpet in August to ask a question about area rugs, and Bill Yardley came out of his office to greet me. Fast forward 4 months and we have now replaced all the old carpet in our '70s era house with engineered hardwood, wall to wall wool carpet and vinyl tile. Bill recommended the different flooring options and helped us pick them out, brought installers to our house ahead of the installs to look over and plan the job and answer all the questions we had, and made us well aware ahead of time of the things they could encounter in an older home that could cause cost overruns (these turned out to be minimal but it was nice to be prepared); quite simply, he inspired trust. He oversaw the project from beginning to end, and the people he was able to bring in to do the work (Charles for the wood flooring, Wade and Shannon for the carpets, Max for the tile and Adam for the final finishing) were without exception skilled and professional. Thanks to all of you!

We had a small issue with the drain tile from a previous installation of our shower. Custom Carpet sent a representative who fixed the issue as soon as they were made aware of it. Excellent follow up service.

We had Kevin install our floors last week. He was amazing. Meticulous and precise in all aspects of the install. He worked so hard to make the floors level and installed our floors, baseboards and stairs with nosing perfectly. Very impressed and happy with the job! The carpet was very expertly installed in my boat after many months of inactivity. The communication with the many delays getting someone to actually install the carpet was poor . It took 6 months to actually get it installed .
