Update: After contacting the attorney general and them contacting the business, a new manager reached out and offered to refund me, so I have updated my review. Thank you Nick for your professionalism and for taking care of this.
Poor customer service. I paid extra for rush shipping, UPS said they “met customer” when delivered. I reached out to UPS to say it never was delivered, they asked me to have the company reach out to them. They pretty much said all they could do is offer me 10% off in the future after i paid $70 for this, and would not reach out to UPS for me, saying they always do this. Why would they use UPS if they know they do this to its customers? Don’t waste your time or money doing business with these folks.
