From start to finish, we were 100% satisfied with Custom Deck Creations! The consult and design was thorough and our vision came to life and the crew was prompt, clean, kind, and perfectionists! Our project manager also made it a practice to provide us updates, even if there wasn’t any! But that constant touch and check in was really appreciated. We couldn’t be happier with our deck. If we had to do it all over again, we’d still do exactly what we did!

I am amazed by the excellent customer service, care, and quality of work that the whole Custom Deck staff provided. I've worked with plenty of contractors and businesses in the past and had planned on getting a few quotes for a new Trex deck I wanted built. After I read all the reviews online for Custom Deck, I reached out to them and immediately knew after meeting with them that I didn't want anyone else to build my deck. I never did end up getting other quotes for a deck. I'm sure Custom Deck's quote is not the cheapest I would have gotten, but I'm glad to pay extra considering the wonderful experience that we had, not to mention we're supporting a local family business. The whole process from planning out the deck to selecting materials to the actual build was practically stress free. They took care of all the planning and work with my input and made it happen. I highly recommend Custom Deck Creations. They are very respectful, highly knowledgeable and supportive, and excited about what they do. They take great care of their staff and their families and focus on the build one deck at a time so our deck was completed within 2 weeks from start to finish. Things were picked up and cleaned and I was left with no mess when they were done with my deck. I am very satisfied with our completed deck, it looks amazing and everything is flush and square. I really have nothing but praise for this company. Thank you so much!

When they show up, they do great work! However, they aren't good at sticking to their schedule so it can be a bit frustrating getting them to show up. Their communication started out strong, but was a little intermittent in the middle and end of the project. In the end, the deck was really nice, so I give them 5 stars for quality, but 3 stars for timeliness. Average 4 stars. Price was fine, not cheap, but not crazy. I just wish they had been better about their schedule! Great deck though!

My deck builders Harvey and Tom are craftsman at what they do. The attention to detail was phenomenal. They accomodated changes mid deck build and the result is excellent. I’m looking for the best deck builder I was wondering after looking at some pf tour work (pictures) I seen you don’t wrap the post under deck.any reason ?I think it’s looks better plus shows off the builders work ..and is there anyone have pictures with boards on angle..I’m not a fan of straight layin boards..I like your designs.. I had the worst builder do a deck and I learned a lesson and I know what a shitty deck is lol I want what I want I’m easy to deal with but picky not nit picking just love good craftsmanship..and want to feel like I got my money worth thx sorry not really a review but I gave 5 🙏🏽hmu if you want to build me a deck i will gladly have you come out take a look

They were so professional, sent a design engineer right over and we spent a few hours getting my new deck just right. Thank you Custom Deck Creations! I absolutely love my deck. My mom and I are very pleased and can’t wait to enjoy it! The staff was very friendly and courteous. I mainly communicated with Tarah…. She was awesome to work with. Also the crew was very friendly and pleasant. They were no trouble and I didn’t mind opening my home for them if they needed the restroom or anything to drink. Matt… so nice to talk to when completing the walk through. He explained everything needed for the deck including the warranty.
