We own a Hunter Douglas Duette shade in the LiteRise style that had stopped functioning properly and would no longer lift. Although we initially purchased the parts to attempt the repair ourselves, our efforts were unsuccessful. We then brought the shade to Custom Blinds & Design, where the repair was completed in less than a day and the shade was restored to near-new condition.
