We had Custom Air install an ERV after getting some concerningly high CO2 levels in the house that had us waking up fatigued, and with headaches. It was an investment, but we are SO happy with the purchase. (I’ll attach a picture of our monitor to prove just how much it helped). Additionally, Custom Air was punctual, helpful, clean, and did a wonderful job installing everything. Highly recommend.

A truly “custom” install by this amazing group of HVAC professionals. Craig, Sam W., Sam, and Skylar worked with me to perform a new, custom install on a home that has never had central AC/heat. They worked with me to customize my vision for central air, NO more window units, utilizing a closet space and fabricating new vents and ductwork. This was truly a team effort with Craig helping me to fit a custom system to my unique home layout. The price points were very customizable and we found a system that was perfect for our needs. Sam W., Sam, and Skylar came to my home and were very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. They protected our space and even made friends with our Malamute and calico, judgmental, cat. Haha. This was the right team for the job and we were blessed to have made Custom air part of our home. We now have what we have always wanted for 27 years. A new central heat/air system. If you ever need an HVAC team, call Custom Air. They are the best. Great experience!!

I had my entire HVAC system replaced by Custom Air Company and was completely satisfied with every step. From the initial quote to the final walk through of the new installation. Sam, Skylar and Logan did a wonderful job with the installation and clean up. I chose Custom Air because of local community reviews and I know I made the right choice. 1 year followup: Dale came today for my bi annual maintenance. Everything looked great. Still super happy with my setup.

I was having a furnace issue and the technician was able to get it working again. With the help of Craig I decided to replace it. He answered my few questions and explained everything to me. Within days the installation team (the 2 Sam’s and Skyler) came out to replace both the furnace and the a/c. Everyone was extremely professional in addition to being friendly and polite. I will recommend Custom Air to anyone who is in need of their services.

My furnace went out when it was less than 20 degrees outside. I was in a total panic and called Custom Air. Eric was fantastic, he took time to help me educate me about my furnace options and helped me choose a furnace that would work well with a future AC upgrade. Even more impressive, Eric and Silas got started installing my new furnace the very next morning. They worked hard, were very professional and efficient, and made sure everything was up and running by the time I got home from work. They were even sweet to my dog 🥹. I highly recommend Custom Air— especially Eric for his knowledge, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Custom Air was able to respond to our furnace going out on one of the coldest days of the years, by sending a tech out that day, with in hours of our call, when noone else had after hour emergency services. The tech was able to diagnose the issue and give us some options. Talking with Custom Air, we were actually able to update and replace our furnace, at a very affordable price and they were able to get it and install with in 2 days from the original call. The installers, Eric and Silas, did a great job. They were efficient, answered questions, and made sure everything functioned before they left. Overall a great company and they did a great job. Thank you

I just wanted to give your company kudos for helping my dad with his hearing issue! My dad is a disabled combat vet that has caregivers 7 days a week , so heat is very important! I called on a Saturday during a storm and was able to resolve the issue that evening! Mindy was amazing calming my nerves 😬 and the technician Logan was fast yet mindful that the issues were resolved! I’m so grateful 🥹
