Curry Rocks! We are renters (so it all had to go through the landlord) but we had 4 no call no shows before Derek showed up and saved the day … and my sanity because Septic/Blockage issues going on for a week! I was losing my mind with Laundry piling up and I was so stressed. When he showed up, within a matter of minutes the issue was diagnosed (Broken Pipe) he was here the next morning making repairs. Owner took advantage of our family when we bought our first home with a septic system. We were over charged to pump the tank. Previous owner may not have been aware they were on a septic system as it had not been serviced. We were charged over a couple thousand dollars to clean it out. They charged a couple hundred to add septic cleaning agents, which was actually a bottle of ZEP septic cleaner you can get for $20.
When we brought up our concerns with the price, the owner got agitated, saying we're paying for the amount of hourly work needing to be done to clean it out. He said because the tank had not been serviced it would have to be flushed out multiple times, yet they never did, the employee broke it up and pumped it out. The only reason I give 2 stars is the actual employee was a really hard worker and actually good guy. I don't trust the owner and believe he took advantage of our situation.

I never thought that getting your septic tank pumped could be fun. These guys were down to earth they didn’t try to sell me on anything else, but they did advise me on things. I would definitely suggest these people for anybody that needs septic tank service. As a matter of fact, my wife’s a real estate agent and she will make sure she uses curry for anything that Her clients need.

If you’re looking for a dependable, honest, and professional septic company, I highly recommend this team. From my first call to the completion of the job, the service was outstanding.

Derek and Richard are a great team. They are very professional and informative. Every question was answered. Derek gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision. Derek found a discrepancy within the septic tank that needed to be repaired. He was able to address the issue once he cleared it with me. A wealth of knowledge. These guys are great. I'm a real estate agent and I would definitely recommend them to any client and for sure other agents who need good people to work with. The owner was on site to do the inspection himself. Not to mention, they got there early on a 12-4 window. How often does anyone ever show up before their time window??
