A big thank you to Currans Removals for a seamless move and excellent customer service throughout. Kimberley and Gemma were brilliant at explaining my different options and reassuring me every step of the way, even when I couldn’t confirm my date due to delays beyond my control. They were genuinely interested, caring and professional. The packing team were very efficient, they took good care of everything and ensured items were well protected and packed and Lee and the team did a great job of moving everything, ensuring things were unloaded where I wanted them and furniture was reassembled. They were polite and cheerful and couldn’t do enough to help even though it was a long day. They even helped catch my dog when she escaped from the new house! I would highly recommend Currans Removals.

We have recently used Currans for our house move.
The team arrived on time and immediately set to work making what appeared to be a mammoth task very easy and organised.
Great care was taken with all our belongings. Beds and wardrobes dismantled carefully.
On arrival to new house everything was taken in carefully. The only snag was our wardrobes would not fit through an awkward angle which was very disappointing. As they had to be left in the garage. Everything else was placed where asked and the beds reassembled.
Lee came back a few days later to assess the situation with the wardrobes and he brought a team back the next day, took a window out and hey presto the wardrobes were in.
We cannot rate this firm highly enough. They were friendly , helpful and very courteous.
They made a long stressful day much easier.

We chose Currans because we were convinced they had the expertise to dismantle and reassemble our adjustable bed and reclining sofas. I am so glad we were correct in our choice. The service they offer is professional yet friendly, and those lads didn't stop. It was a big move, but they sent enough vans and men to cope. Myself and my husband recently used Currans Removals for our house move at the end of January, and we couldn't have been more pleased with their service!
Despite me and my husband unfortunately being caught up in the Barclays system crash (which ended up delaying our house exchange last minute), the removal team was incredibly supportive and efficient to make things run as smoothly as possible during an incredibly stressful time.
They helped to empty the old house on a Friday and, due to the unexpected delay in the afternoon when we realised that things weren't going to go the way we originally expected, also arranged last-minute storage for our belongings to be stored over the weekend while we were temporarily homeless. On the following Monday, they returned to load everything up again and moved us into our new home seamlessly. Their team also assisted with dismantling and reassembling our furniture, which was a huge help as well.
Although we encountered a few issues with furniture not being assembled properly or getting slightly damaged during the move, Currans Removals went above and beyond to resolve these problems for us as quickly as possible. They promptly fixed everything to a high standard, ensuring we were satisfied with the overall outcome.
Communications with the office before, during and after the move was most excellent as well. Given the uniqueness of our situation with the delay and our belongings having to be moved around and put in and out of lorries multiple times over the course of 4 days, we couldn't have been happier with the service we received.
Overall, I highly recommend Currans Removals for their professionalism, flexibility, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you again!

Can’t thank Currans Removal’s enough, from start to finish they have been more than helpful. On moving day, John came and his colleague (sorry can’t remember name 🙈) they never stopped, and when they had trouble trying to get my superking up the stairs in the new house, they did everything they could including bringing in more men! The guys were polite, they packed and un packed nearly and cleaned up after themselves too - have no hesitations in recommending this company. Price was competitive aswell. Thankyou !

Lee and John assisted us in moving our stuff to our new house. We were really impressed by how friendly and professional they were. Protective covers were provided by them for everything, from the sofa to the TV. They also laid down floor coverings before moving the stuff. They were very careful with our belongings and weren't just throwing them into the back of the van. When we arrived at our new house they put our belongings where we wanted them to go and didn't just dump them into a room. They went above and beyond, and helped us with things like hooking up the washing machine, which we weren't expecting. They really did exceed our expectations and aren't just some guys with a van. A 5* service was provided throughout. We will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends.

Absolute life savers today!
I had my furniture moved by a "man and van" type company (not carrens). Unfortunately, the original movers I had booked (not from carrens) had to leave quickly as one became unwell so I was stuck with heavy furniture that needed moving up two flights of stairs. Some of this was left outside so I was worried about rain.
Called Currans and explained my situation, Kimberly was very helpful and sympathetic on the phone and booked 2 gentlemen to come to my new house and move the stuff a couple of hours after I called. They came and cracked on, both very professional, very helpful and even fixed the fire safety arm on my door while they were here. Absolutely brilliant service, worth every penny. Will absolutely be using them going forward for my moves.
Can't recommend enough.

2 weeks before Christmas Currans did a stunning job of helping me move 45 miles! Ended up not being able to get moved in till 5pm as EA couldn't release the keys. All the lads kept my spirits up when I got worried I'd never get in!
