Fred did a great job
His Manager did not.
It says online your company works on 1950s water units - I asked the call rep before hand.. The tech arrived and was not sure they worked on these units - called his manager and they said they do not. I was told it could be the compressor - there is no compressor.
The manager said I still have to pay the $49 service fee when. I WAS GOING TO USE IT APPLY TO BE FIXED..
*THE COMLANY SAYS ONLINE IT WORKS IN 1950S UNITS (WATER). False Advertisement
The manager said I was terrible - and they never diagnosed the problem.

We paid this company $15K because they "couldn't find" a $3K part to repair a 6 year old unit. After the install, the unit leaked through the ceiling of our house on the first night. They "fixed it" and the next time it got hot, it happened again. Then they promised to come out for 7 days in a row and never did anything. This place is an absolute disaster.
Update: water is coming through our ceiling for the 4th time after being “fixed”. This company is unreal. To date, no one has been able to explain what is actually happening. The only explanation is they incorrectly installed an entirely new system and are incapable of admitting it. If they tell you “Sam” is their best installer and is coming your way, run.

Mikey, who was here before, returned for our twice yearly maintenance service. He was professional, polite, and took the time to answer all my questions. Michael and Sam who have also worked on our HVAC system in the past, were equally impressive. In the immediate aftermath of Cunningham’s transition to new ownership and management, I was deeply disappointed in the poor customer service, lack of available technicians, and a total breakdown in internal communication between the folks who answered the phone and the dispatch department, especially given our paying for an annual service contract. Based on my firsthand experience since then, I believe that Cunningham has more than resolved all of these issues. I plan to continue using Cunningham, including a maintenance contract, and without any hesitation, recommend them for all HVAC needs. Update on 3/26/2024: Today, Cunningham technician Brandon came for our Spring Service as part of our maintenance contract. He was punctual, highly professional, and completely honest about HVAC maintenance that we should do, could do, and what was not necessary at this time regarding cleaning parts of our system and the potential benefits of UV lights. I was impressed by his knowledge and skills, and by the fact that he wasn’t pushing unnecessary costly work. I give him my highest recommendation and will certainly continue using Cunningham for all of our HVAC needs.
