An MX record and DNS setting mistake created an email 'blackout' stopping messages from reaching Outlook Inboxes. Within hours, the team at Cumulus Global identified the problems and suggested solutions. Quick responses and collaborative, reliable support got mail moving again to the end point devices. I really enjoy working with and referring my clients to the folks at Cumulus Global. For almost a year now I have been struggling with an app that I personally installed into my corporate GMAIL account that was acting up and not working as I expected it to. I finally turned to the folks at Cumulus to have them take a look at it. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they then showed me exactly how to use the app properly so that I wouldn't have the trouble again. Cumulus is always on my preferred vendor and referral list and this is exactly why! When you need help, they are there, and they also find ways to ensure that you understand how to properly move forward! 5 stars for Cumulus and their staff!
