Friendly staff and the best pediatrician. I would recommend any day.

Very friendly doctor and staff. Nice and clean space for kids to wait and the rooms are also immaculate. I like that Dr. Rafei follows a holistic approach, it helps understand what is going on better and understand your child even more. He is very personable and checks on the patient regularly. He is also easily reachable by text which is a life safer for me not having to call or go to the office for every single thing.

Dr Rafei and the staff at Culex Wellness are absolutely above and beyond the best care you can ever dream to have looking out for your child. They are available to contact for any and all of your questions and concerns LITERALLY 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS A WEEK!!! They TRULY CARE for your child as they do their own children, and each visit truly feels more like a visit with family than a doctors visit for both parents and patients. Dr Rafei died not simply wait until you call with health concerns, instead he constantly checks in with you just to inquire how your child has been doing, so he always on the same page with every step of the way in your child's life as they grow, investing in a personal relationship with your child, and the parents, making it very easy to identify anything that could potentially be of concern that needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY, MUCH faster than your average pediatrician that can only go by info they obtain from the short amount of time during your visit. There truly are just not enough words to adequately describe how absolutely wonderful Dr Rafei and Culex Wellness are. I suggest their office to EVERY PARENT within traveling distance to it, and guarantee it will be the BEST DECISION YOU WILL EVER MAKE! Being a parent is a hard and challenging job, which in which you constantly second guess every decision you ever make on whether you choose the best possible choice or if there was another option that would have been the best choice, etc. It is the best feeling in the world to know without a doubt that if you choose to take your child to Culex Wellness and Dr Rafei as your child's pediatrician, that you have the absolutely assurance that you made the BEST POSSIBLE CHOICE for your child that you could EVER MAKE without question or a seconds hesitation. I am just glad to be fortunate enough to be within the area to be able to have the choice for my infant daughter to have the ABSOLUTE BEST PEDIATRICIAN THAT HAS EVER BEEN IN PRACTICE! Dr Rafei is my daughter's pediatrician and I feel I hit the doctor lottery when I found him. The man will text you back in a reasonable time day or night to answer my concerns. My daughter was born 2 months early weighing 4 pounds and now she's 3 months old and over 12 lbs. Thank you Dr Rafei for always checking in with us and enduring our concerns when they arise.

Dr. Rafei is phenomenal! My kids love him. And he always gets us in whenever we need. We are so lucky to have him as a pediatrician.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Keyvan Rafei to any parent out there! His staff is profesional, super nice, polite and they all make a really easy process and good experience for everyone. No long wait times, Dr Rafei reach out to parents if there is a concern, or just to answer a question during off work hours, he’s very caring, and explains very well what the situation might be. I am really happy I found him!

Great experience! Starting from the front desk and medical assistant and how friendly they all are, the place is very nice and Dr Rafei was wonderful, he takes his time listening to our concerns and kept joking with my son to make him feel comfortable. No wait time , we were in and out in no time with the diagnosis, treatment and school note. I even got a text to check on my son couple days after. Wonderful experience!! They're the best!

He is an amazing doctor. He always goes above and beyond for his patients and genuinely cares. He even responds anytime including weekends whenever my child isn't feeling well.

Parents who are looking for a pediatrician should contact this practice. The pediatric goes over and beyond to help our kids and their parents too. Wonderful staff willing to help in anyway possible as well.

Wonderful experience! The doctor is really kind and knowledgeable. He is patient and listens and asks questions to understand what's really going on. Awesome bed side manner. My son always complains and this is the first time ,I saw him all smile at a doctors appointment. After going to recent pediatric urgent care. This is my New choice for any Pediatric concerns.

Dr.Rafei is the best pediatrician I have come across he takes his time and actually listens to the parents, to understand the symptoms of the child then he does research and explains what is happening and the next thing you should work on with your child to get them well. Also I don't know many pediatrician that will come in on a holiday to see their patients. Tha KS again for everything you do for the Stewart family

Dr Rafei is amazing. He Listens intentionally and engages the child and adult in the conversation. He truly seeks to understand the whole child and how to appropriately support what's going on ~ Whether preventative or going to see him sick ~ we have had wonderful experiences so far

This is a great pediatric office , Dr.Rafei is so good , very attentive , takes time to hear our concern and , follow up with our baby . The staff and the office is so welcoming ,clean , professional and inviting . I really love that they return a phone call and check up on your child . Highly recommend. We recently joined so hopefully it will stay great like this for the coming more years we plan to be part of this great office .

I never thought I'd meet a pediatrician as proactive, communicative, and accessible as Dr. Rafei. Being a healthcare provider myself, I can honestly say Dr. Rafei is a very rare find with a refreshing approach. He sends text messages to check in on my kids after recent sick visits and encourages me and my husband to text or call with any questions any time (and truly means it)! He is quick to set up a Zoom meeting to go over test/imaging results and provides education in a way that's easy to understand and *compassionate*. He truly looks at the whole picture (the kid, family, environment, genetics, etc.) and has a way of anticipating patterns of symptoms and behavior based on all the work he's done with children, especially highly sensitive children. After my kids' first visit, my 7 year old son said "I really like this doctor. He gave me lots of compliments" because Dr. Rafei had such a positive approach. The kids also love his office which is set up like a mini gymnasium. I can't recommend him and his team enough!!

Dr. Rafei is the best. I am so grateful we stumbled upon him during a pediatric ER visit. His bedside manner was fabulous, very attentive and calming, and I felt like he understood my child's emotional needs as well as medical needs. We switched to his practice right after our first encounter at the ER. I love the way this practice operates - we stay in close contact with Dr. Rafei through wellness and illness, and as a result 1) my anxious kiddo is becoming comfortable with his many doctor visits because we've built trust, 2) together we observe patterns in his symptoms and proactively treat issues, 3) we don't have to waste time with lots of background information when an issue pops up. I also love how responsive Dr. Rafei and his staff are. We get responses to texts or calls almost immediately day or night, weekday or weekend. He has always been available to see for same-day in-office visits. Having a pediatrian who is as invested in my child's health as I am has been invaluable. I highly highly recommend Dr. Rafei, especially for neurodivergent kiddos.
