Anche la selezione di vini era molto ampia.
Tutti i camerieri sono fantastici, ma tra loro Jessica e Michele sono davvero straordinari!

My new favourite restaurant in Florence. Wonderful staff and kitchen. Their Pici alla Cinta Senese con Olio Tartufato (pici with Cinto Senese Pork and Truffle Oil) is so delicous I went back to Cinto for three of my five meals in Florence. Greeted warmly, "like family" they said. And their hospitality and consistently fine cooking was one of the highlights of my stay. Thanks Cinto people! Grazie mille!
Ristorante Cinto has everything you want when seeking an authentic Italian dining experience, in particular a cozy home-feel ambience, thoughtful menu, and excellent service. I have dined in many places in Florence over more than a decade and I will put Cinto on my list of places to return to.
Cinto tends to be full, so a reservation is suggested, at least by me. You will be seated on time and taken into the inviting restaurant. The staple greet you warmly.
I started my lunch with bruschetta and found it flavored with just the right amount of zest. I had it alongside my spritz.
Then I had my main course, Pici with Cinta Senese Pork and Truffle Oil. Delicious and rich with flavor. The photo does not do it justice.What a treat to have truffles and at an amazing price, especially relative to the states where an offering of truffle in any pasta dish will cost you a part of gold. Prices for Cinto, By the way, make it and outstanding value.
Alongside your table will be a small table with what you need to flavor your meal, with salt and pepper plus olive oil oil. I always appreciate that especially since in the states I wind up, practically begging for salt and pepper and oil.
I took a gander at dishes to the left and right of me and saw the pear ravioli looking just splendid. I will have to get it next time and there will be a next time!
We were spending 3 days in Florence and in the end of every of these days we found ourselves in this restaurant.
Staff was amazingly welcoming and we wanted to return every time, food was delicious and atmosphere was great.
We spent three evenings there and tried different varieties of food: starting from pasta with wild boar sauce and ending with steaks. All food was great and delicious, especially dishes with truffles.
Additionally, I want to highlight the staff. My mother and father didn't speak much either English or Italian, but folks in restaurant (Jessica and waiters) somehow found a common language with them and my parents were super delighted to be in this place.
