Very helpful mortgage broker. Nothing is too much trouble and I particularly like the fact that they are flexibile when it comes to taking calls outside of working hours. They were available to give mortgage advice over the weekend and evenings which made it more convenient to reach them outside of my working day which was a big plus. It's also reassuring to know that they cover the whole of market so you know that they'll find you the cheapest mortgage product out there.
I particularly liked that I dealt with the same person even when renewing a mortgage which meant he knew everything already and I didn’t have to repeat anything.

Very thorough throughout the whole mortgage advice process. It was good to talk to a mortgage adviser who took into account my requirements and how the requirements aligned with the lender that was selected. I felt the biggest benefit of using Cubic Financial was that they have access to all the mortgage lenders products which meant that were able to get cheapest deal without me having to individually sift through each lender or have to worry about lender criteria. Approached them on the back of recommendation by someone for a mortgage broker. I was pleased that they didn't limit themselves to just a few lenders.
