The primary and reoccurring issue that I had with CSnotepad was the debiting of unauthorised funds from my account.
This occurred on multiple occasions. I advised CS Notepad that the debits were not authorised, they persisted in debiting my account. When invoices were queried, anomalies were found. They even billed me a 'bank transfer fee' for paying an invoice.
I found their billing complicated to understand.
There was no proactive account management in place or discussion about billing or contract renewal.
Whilst the service they provided may be satisfactory, the customer experience was not. They also appear not to listen to customer feedback.
This is a true and accurate statement of my experience with CS Notepad.

As a gesture of goodwill, and despite the customer remaining within a renewed fixed-term agreement, we agreed to release them from the remainder of that agreement and instead require payment only for a notice period.
Following this, the customer emailed us asking, "What is it worth for me not to do a TrustIndex review?" and subsequently stated, "In return for the 50% discount I will not leave a review."
CSnotepad declined to provide a discount and requested payment of the outstanding balance for the notice period.

We’ve been using CS Notepad for around 10 years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Ollie and the whole team provide an outstanding service. They are professional, friendly, reliable, and always answer calls in a way that reflects our business professionally. It’s reassuring to know that when we’re busy on site, our customers are being looked after properly.

CS Notepad handle all our firms First Notification of Loss incoming calls from potential customers. They also deal with some of our bookings. We have found them to be a very responsive and reliable and are delighted with their service. They also have an out of hours line and operate 24/7 which is very useful for us. I would be happy to recommend them to any SME business like us!

I'm a mobile hairdresser, the telephone answering service from CSnotepad has totally transformed my business. Before, I couldn't answer my phone while cutting hair and not many people would leave a voicemail. I knew I was missing out on new clients but I didn't know what to do about it. I felt really unprofessional asking people to contact me via WhatsApp only. CSnotepad answer my incoming calls when I'm working (I'm totally in control of this) and they act like my receptionist. My business now sounds so professional. I love it. I wish I'd known about this type of service years ago. I'm shouting about it to all my friends that work for themselves. Also worth adding, they answer my phone in a really relaxed and friendly way, which is what I asked for, they can answer in any way you want that suits your business, just incase you're worried.

We used CSnotepad for the rental of a virtual address, including full mail forwarding. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, with no issues at any stage. Very handy virtual business address service. Maintains my privacy by not having to use my family home address even though I run my business from home. Everything is scanned over promptly and securely so I don't even have to collect it. I've also registered this address with companies house so it's all very official and authorised. Would definitely recommend to home run businesses.

I work for myself as a hairdresser. A mate told me about CSnotepad. I couldn't answer my phone while with my clients & a lot of the time people wouldn't leave me a voicemail. I knew I was missing out big time. I had no clue you could even get a company to answer your calls, it sounded way too complicated & expensive. But it's been amazing, well worth the price as I have loads of new clients & it's all done really nicely, not like an official company answering my calls, more like a low key receptionist or a mate which is what I asked for. This is absolutely the way not to miss out on new clients if you work for yourself.
