I just want to send a shout out to Crown Auto Glass. I had, what seemed like a leak on the driver's side of my car when I called the dealership.I was told it would cost me a lot of money to do a water test. Based on a good friend's recommendation and experience, I decided to take it into Crown.Auto Glass. Not only did they fix the leak; they only charge me $100 and since then, i've had no further issues with my car. Their service was very nice, polite and professional.They definitely know what they're doing, and I walked away with my a repaired windshield seal and eveb a can of glass ckeaner. I will be returning to repair the chip in my windshield.I trust these guys.

These guys were great. I needed a small piece of glass to match the shelves on a wall in the bathroom of a rental unit. Amazing experience from start to finish. I contacted them on Sunday, and they quickly helped me through text with photos and my ICBC info. They arranged pick-up and drop-off, took my car before my 8am shift on Tuesday, and returned it around 3pm—zero impact on my workday. The windshield quality is excellent, they handled the ICBC claim for me, and even surprised me with a full interior/exterior detailing and a fragrance sachet. They also provide lifetime warranty. Super professional, fast, and thoughtful service. Strongly recommend Crown Auto Glass!

My partner’s rear windshield crumbled randomly while I was trying to drive her to the emergency room. I was a little nervous with a shop open 24/7 because I’ve been conned by a mobile mechanic before, but was in a pinch. But it turned out Neill and Crown glass were incredibly helpful. They sourced a used windshield after we couldn’t find a part anywhere and got it repaired the next day. When I went to pick it up, they had completely cleaned the car inside and out. Really appreciate the help and support.

Ali was the technician that helped me. If you ever need glass repair done on your car, this is the place to go. They had me in the shop within an hour of calling them. Every employee I met was polite and helpful. They did a wonderful job repairing my windshield. They cleaned it inside and out after the repair . They vacuumed in front of the driver seat and passenger seat and gave the dash a good dusting. I highly recommend Crown auto glass in Burnaby. Best service I’ve ever received from any Shop.

Fantastic experience. Needed a windshield replacement due to large crack in it. Crown Glass ordered the replacement windshield and called me when it arrived. They were able to squeeze me in on the weekend. Even though there were vehicles ahead of me, they were able to replace my windshield within 3-4 hours. Pickup same day. Great customer service with constant updates. Speedy service. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Crown Auto Glass Burnaby. My 2019 Honda Civic had its rear glass vandalized, and when I brought it in, I also had a crack on my windshield. The team at Crown Auto Glass replaced both the back glass and the front windshield the same day. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and picked it up by 5 PM — super convenient. They even covered Uber rides to and from my workplace, which was extremely professional and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, they reconnected my rain sensors, calibrated my windshield, and even did a full interior and exterior detail on my vehicle. When I came to pick it up, I honestly didn’t even recognize my car — it looked spotless inside and out. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding.
