Working with Cronan Engineering and Inspection was exceptional. Scott was timely, professional and knowledgeable. The support staff promptly kept us informed on updated changes . We are approximately two hours from Denver. Scott spent ample time, taking photos measuring, evaluating, and calculating formulas for our specific situation. The inspection was necessary due to the damage caused by fire. The primary concrete walls of the structure were inspected. Cronan Engineers created a report and sent us the results. The bill was exactly as quoted. We appreciate and recommend Cronan Engineering and inspection.

Cronin sent their engineer down to look over my house with a sinking foundation. He was kind, professional and straight to the point. I received a thorough written assessment after the inspection that included pictures and recommendations for what needed to be performed. I can't thank them enough for their thoroughness.

Great experience. Sent an inquiry email at noon about safely removing a wall from my house, they called later that day and had an appointment set up for two weeks out. However, they called the next day with two dates people cancelled and the engineer was there within a week of first contact. A few days later, I have the report. Very detailed with equations and data supporting their findings. Price was fair and everyone was super friendly and welcoming (unlike the first place I called that acted like they were doing me a favor). Will use them again if ever the need arises.

I had a great experience working with Cronin. They were very responsive to our request for an inspection of our new home in Eastern Englewood. Jack came by for the inspection and was very thorough. He also took the time to answer our questions about mitigation for various issues. Luke, the business owner, took the time to review and send the full written report and answer our questions after the fact. I would highly recommend Cronin for anyone looking to evaluate the state of their home.

We were in a pinch to get a structural engineer out to a property we had under contract, and as anyone in real estate knows, those deadlines can be extremely tight. Shockingly, they were able to accommodate us with less than seven days’ notice!
Not only were they able to get us scheduled quickly, but they were also extremely thorough. We received a detailed written report just three days after the inspection, which was incredibly helpful when we were under the timeline gun.
They were thorough, professional, responsive, and prompt from start to finish. You really couldn’t ask for better service, especially when time is of the essence. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Cronin Engineering start to finish. I had a lead line water replacement last year and they removed a piece of a vertical wood beam in my basement crawl space. I was told it was not structural and not to worry. I wanted a second opinion from someone who was not part of the work that removed the beam. I feel better knowing that there are no structural concerns from their independent assessment. Highly recommend. Susan F
