Verified Company
I am extremely unhappy with my experience with this company. On their website, it clearly states that they are able to locate dead rodents in walls, scope the area, and cut through drywall if needed to remove the animal. Before scheduling, I verbally confirmed this service twice—first with Ava, the scheduling representative, and again directly with the onsite technician, Sam Dozer, prior to him coming out. The district manager I believe his name was Nick was also on-site and when I showed him the website he just looked at me and walked away.
Despite all of these confirmations, Sam arrived at our home and then told us the company does not perform this type of work at all. This was after we had taken time off and were dealing with an ongoing, very unpleasant situation involving a dead animal in our wall.
I even showed him their own website where this service is explicitly advertised, and explained that it was confirmed multiple times before the appointment. The response was essentially that they don’t do it—period.
This was a complete waste of time and incredibly unprofessional. Advertising services you do not actually provide, and confirming them verbally more than once, is unacceptable. Had we been told the truth upfront, we would have contacted a different company immediately.
I will be attaching a screenshot of the website that clearly states this service is offered. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
