One thing we always want future guests to know is that we are available through WhatsApp before and during the tour experience, which allows us to answer questions and help guests feel comfortable before arriving.

As we discussed through WhatsApp before your tour, the Rio Celeste / Volcano Tenorio area is still considered the “REAL COSTA RICA,” a small rural farming community where tourism is only beginning to grow compared to larger tourist destinations like La Fortuna. Because of this, it can sometimes be challenging to find local adventure hosts who speak English fluently, since Spanish is the primary language spoken in the region. Brandon, like many of our local adventure hosts, was born and raised in Rio Celeste and comes from a local farming family whose background includes horseback riding and ranch life. Even though Brandon primarily speaks Spanish, our guides carry translation devices and use Google Translate to communicate with guests throughout the adventure, helping create a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for travelers from all over the world.
