Our experience with Crew Pros yielded communication and quality problems. I reached out to Crew Pros on the basis of a recommendation from our realtor. I will not use their services again. I reached out to Crew Pros via their messaging platform on Feb. 19, 2026. I was put in touch with a contractor on the 23rd. We met with the contractor, for work on tile re-grouting and bathroom window re-caulking on the 26th. We were pleased at first with the open communication and punctuality. We got the estimate, paid a deposit on March 9 and then silence. I waited to be contacted about scheduling. Finally, I reached out on March 18 about scheduling, and was not contacted about work again for seven days. By then they were scheduling for April (understandable). We settled on April 9. They came and worked—but the work was mediocre. We reached out to the contractor (no one inspected). The window wasn’t done, there were holes in the grout, chunks of areas left completely undone. We reached out on the same day (April 9) about the quality. It took the entire month to get a reschedule to complete the project. We were contacted on April 13 to see if they had come to correct (but of course they hadn’t, no one had spoken to us). They offered a new date of April 24. We accepted. My husband took off work and waited all day. Finally we reached out to see where they were, and they cancelled. We didn’t hear from anyone else until May 26. They offered May 28. They cancelled again. They finally came to finish the job they started—on April 9–on June 6. Four months after first contact. I believe their was a death in the family of our contact during this time, and I do not fault his lack of contact there. But was there no one willing to help him out during this difficulty? For heaven’s sake. Help a grieving man out. The work on June 6 was just as spotty as the first go round. We were told that day—and only that day—that they don’t do windows. The window is filled in with silicone and glass boxes, and we wanted the silicone replaced. It was never off the table until the final visit in June. The worker dumped his plaster in our front yard—out of his way—in front of our large hydrangea. Some of the grout is discolored. It’s messy, smeared across the tile in places, and rushed. We communicated this again to the contractor—who has never offered to see the work—and were ignored completely for the final complaint. Both professional communication and quality from Crew Pros leaves a great deal to be desired. I do not recommend their services.
