Our records show that you enrolled in our rent reporting services on December 21st, and on December 28th, the "landlord" submitted her photo ID and completed the verification of rent form. However, during our vetting process, we were unable to verify the landlord's information with what is listed on the public county website. We tried to reach out to the landlord via email and phone the same day for clarification but were unsuccessful.

The credit bureaus require us to verify that the public records and information provided match .. Additionally, our records do not indicate that you have attempted to contact us regarding a refund; the system shows you canceled your account through the tenant portal. On January 3rd, we received an email from the contact you provided as the landlord. However, since the records did not match, we were unable to issue a refund per the signed refund policy. This policy is also listed on our website.
