I was not at all happy with the service I received. Such bad correspondence! Prechant the guy who I talked to, He was very stressful to me. He did not call me back until I explained to the company and told them I need to speak to him. I Waited to be called, I then rang the company again and explained the property I wanted to purchase and he delayed me with calls and I could not understand what he was saying. He lied and ignored me at first he was saying all these things that sounded promising but then turned So unprofessional and would not listen. Huge waste of time and fortunately will never contact credit hub again. I was not assisted and he ruined an opportunity for business. I would not recommend credit hub to anyone because attempting business with them stuffed me around. Terrible service!!

I do not usually post reviews but I found credit hub great and very positive results. I called and spoke with some of the operators and they did not help me so they then referred me to Michelle. I am now looking forward to doing business with Michelle and she makes the company look great as the other people were not all there and were confusing towards me, they were unable to help me and were no good for my situation, but as they referred me to Michelle who I think should be running the company, she helped me so much and spoke differently than the others and was easy to work with. The young lady explained things so clearly and has such a kind personality. If you are looking to own a property then contact Michelle!! Thank You

I completed two simultaneous settlements with Olivia recently. Long story short, Olivia takes ownership of the conveyancing as if the transaction is her own personal deal, doing the job super diligently, protecting the clients interests every step of the way, and making sure fairness is upheld throughout the process. Plus she charged me fees below the quotes I received from other conveyancers that I contacted when searching. Highly recommend Olivia's services and I will definitely go with her if I have another conveyancing business in the future! Big thanks to you, Olivia Sun.

Since day one, Sundar was enthusiastic and on point with recommendations on how to best secure a home loan and maximize our borrowing capacity while also advising what our comfortable range would be. We had so many silly questions being first home owners all of which he answered patiently without brushing any of our concerns off. Everything was explained until we understood. He was available throughout to guide and advise us on the value estimate of each property and the different approaches real estate agents take towards buyers when they are trying to sell a property. He is extremely well connected to people in the business and made us trustworthy recommendations for home inspectors, conveyancers, builders and even real estate agents. Very quick to update us regarding progress and advise us of next steps, we never once felt lost throughout the process. Through him we succeeded in an offer for our first home within 6 weeks of when we began looking. I don't know about other brokers, but I don't have the need to go looking. Definitely recommend !!👍🏼
