Creative Living Cabins Reviews

We honestly couldn't be happier with our cabin from Creative Living! From the very first conversation with Steve through to the final installation, the whole experience was fantastic. Steve took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and the finished cabin has turned out to be everything we hoped for and more. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and it's clear that everyone involved takes real pride in what they do. All of the tradespeople who worked on the project were friendly, professional and efficient, making the installation process smooth and stress-free. Now that it's complete, we can honestly say the cabin meets our requirements perfectly. It's been thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished and is exactly what we wished for. A huge thank you to Steve and the Creative Living team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a bespoke cabin or garden room.

Superb throughout, we saved a lot compared to other quotes for a custom build cabin and the fit and finish is fantastic. Really please with the results, would happily use again and recommend. The team on the days during fit were very quick and professional. Excellent service and cabin.

When I decided to have a Man Cave built in my garden for the World Cup, I did some extensive research on all the different options. Having eventually decided on a Log Cabin by Creative Living I can only say just how delighted I am with the results. Not only did they help me with a bespoke design to include internal storage but also on great guidance for the protection and upkeep against the British weather. This only leaves me to say that I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who has intentions on doing the same.

From start to finish the whole process of choosing, buying, taking delivery of and the installation of our cabin very easy. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The install team (Adam & Jack) were polite, efficient, respectful and friendly. They were tidy and communicative. We have still to have the air con fitted and the outside is being painted tomorrow. More photos when finished.

I purchased my cabin from Longacres Garden Centre and from the moment of purchase the team were great. The cabin was delivered in the morning and within two days the guys had put the cabin together. The team talked me through how to paint the cabin and instructions on the doors and windows. The cabin looks great and is exactly what I was after.

The whole process from the initial site visit to the final installation was handled professionally and the team were always on hand to answer any questions. I recently had a garden office cabin installed and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything went exactly as promised. Nick was absolutely brilliant throughout the process, super helpful, responsive, and made everything feel smooth and straightforward. He clearly knows his stuff and was always happy to answer any questions I had. The timeline I was given was spot-on, with no delays or unexpected issues. The fitters arrived exactly when they said they would, and they were fantastic, polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, and left everything clean and tidy after. As for the final product, I’m genuinely thrilled. The cabin looks amazing, feels solid, and it’s clear that the build quality is excellent. I’m extremely satisfied and would happily recommend this company to anyone considering a garden office.
