I cannot recommend these sauces enough, they are amazing. So easy to use, they taste amazing and with the fool proof instructions provided the meat is perfectly tender. Very generous portions per pouch. Versatile as it can be used as a marinade paste or sprinkled and added directly to the pan or dish. Clean food, with no added sugar (no added sugar spicy). It really was spicy.. which I loved... so if you want less spice.. use less and it will go further. A quality product and great recipes to help know how yo use them. Can't wait for this brand to grow so I can pick it up in my local supermarket! To say I'm addicted is a little strong, but I'm getting there. The gorgeous smell it leaves in the kitchen shows how authentic these flavours are! My neighbours walking past saying mmm that's smells gorgeous, and it really was.

Best curry EVER!! I met Karen at Barton Grange and the fact that she was demonstrating her own product made me want to buy it. We’ve just had the lamb and button mushroom curry although actually I used beef as that’s what I had in. Did it in the slow cooker and added the mushrooms about an hour from the end. It was absolutely delicious and so easy. Plenty of marinade left in the fridge for me to try other recipes. I will definitely be buying again. In fact I might gift at Christmas 👍😂

Met Karen at Bents, Warrington convinced me to try the Peanut Butter Curry. What a revelation. Followed the recipe on the pack and for some reason it seemed a little more spicy than my tasting session. This is where my experience reached a different level, Karen took her time on a Sunday evening to advise me on how to improve. Long story short, the end result was outstanding. Don't hesitate to buy this product and experiment with it ... I will be buying more

Grabbed two packs of Crave yesterday on my visit to bents garden centre, I had only popped in for a bbq rub for my smoker and after a lovely chat with Karen I decided to give them a try. I picked up a mild for my nephews and the spicy sachet for myself. I dry rubbed onto my chicken wings and smoked them for 2 hours giving me some fragrant curry wings. I used about a quarter of the packet of each over 6 wings for both flavours and it was a simple as that. All the hard work done for me straight from the pack. Can't wait to try other recipes with them.

Amazing Marinade We travelled to a local garden centre where Karen was sampling her Crave Marinades. I had heard about them from my local Slimming World Group and was keen to try them. Karen was very friendly and welcoming and what a small world it is as our husbands used to work for the same company and knew of each other. Karen had made a vegetable and pasta option and a chicken and pasta option which I tried. The chicken had been marinated in the spicy Crave marinade which was very tasty. We purchased 2 of the marinades one of which was no sugar. The following evening we coated some chicken breasts with the marinate and cooked in the oven. They tasted amazing and made the chicken so tender. Can’t believe it’s taken us so long to try the marinades, looking forward to trying other tasty recipes on Karen website.

We came across these marinades at Barton Grange recently and were tempted by the sample vegetable curry to try a couple of sachets. We used the spicy version to do Karens peanut butter vegetable curry but added chicken. The dish was delicous absolutely superb flavour with a lovely warming spice without being hot. Now a Crave Marinade convert and looking to try other recipes.

I met Karen before she went on to make her award winning marinades and had tried her famous chicken! found her again recently and purchased her powder sachets and made the spicy sachet up! it was a hit with the whole house! and one sachet goes a LONG way! I used 1/3 for 8 boneless chicken thighs! and adding a spoonful of cornflour to the remaining juices made a gorgeous curry sauce! Bravo Karen!! will absolutely be purchasing again!

I’d heard about Karens Crave Marinades through my Slimming World group but hadn’t actually used them. When I saw Karen in Barton Grange Garden Centre I thought I’d buy a pack and see what all the fuss was about. I chatted with Karen who is so passionate about her product and I decided upon the No Added Sugar or Sweetener version. Karen talked me through how to mix the product with yoghurt and vinegar and then to store it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. (I’ve kept mine for around 6 weeks and it’s still gorgeous and good to use). We absolutely love the stuff! Hubby was told he could have any tea he wanted whilst watching the Euros recently – he opted for Karens Spicy Chicken. I put 2 chicken fillets in a dish and put 2 teaspoons of the made up marinade in too. Ensure the chicken is coated with marinade and then I leave as long as possible before needing to cook. I find the marinade helps tenderise the meat… Put the chicken in the air fryer on 180 for 18 minutes – turning half way through if desired. It is absolutely gorgeous. The spice level is just right, not too hot for us and we find it goes well with rice and salad or sweet potato chips and salad or mix it with salad and put it in a soft pitta pocket … the options are endless. I really need to get a wriggle on and try some of Karens numerous recipes she has on her website, but we love the chicken so much at the moment – we can’t get enough of it! I bought an extra pouch on my last visit and will put it in the ‘slimmer of the week’ basket at my Slimming World group on Saturday. The marinade is suitable for Vegans and Gluten Free too.
